Service from Halal Butcher in the store is appalling. Tried to buy Lamb Ribs and asked if could be cut into smaller pieces, but butcher says no. No explanation given. What is the point of having a butcher if you cant provide cutting service? Definitely will not come back.

Very busy as it's a good shop,in carpark can be awkward to find a space,or manoeuvre around delivering vehicles but it just shows this place is selling goods quickly, friendly staff members

It has everything you need in terms of food and modern home supplies, and all the food is halal.

I've been there all the way travelling 26 miles from the location and then decided to try a new supermarket which I've heard a lot about. I've ordered some butchers like chicken, beef and minced beef. All the bill was £55 and told them to keep it lemme have a look onto your items and prices when I came back and asked for my bags it was only two bags I was in a hurry when I got home and then wanted to cook it, guess what minced beef was missing. They are looting people by fraud. Always keep an eye on them they are liars, they steal minced beef from my bag. I told the butcher guy to make good pieces of chicken and he made it too big. They are frauds, looting supermarkets, liars, and robbers.

Good multicultural range here at "usually" less than Chain Supermarket prices. Really good range of cuisine ingredients to choose from.

The person responsible for prices does not respect the consumer (a woman who is probably part of the owners' family). The product is not registered in the system and even with the price on the shelf, she does not accept the sale for the respective value. It's not the first time this has happened, always with the same person. The product is without price in the system and the attendant invents a value in her head and says that's it and that's it. I have already paid 3 different amounts for the same product, because the price depends on who will attend to me. This is not right, the products should have the price displayed and never vary according to the attendant. The store is not bad, but this issue of wrong prices really makes anyone very angry, if the price is x, put it on display and the consumer will decide whether he wants to buy it or not, but have the price according to the attendant, definitely not right.

This is a great store for finding ingredients that you can't find in other food shops, or which are ridiculously expensive in supermarkets. The spices are amazing, the fruit and veg are great and the selection of African and Asian ingredients is second to none in this region. I haven't tried the meat fish or frozen sections but everything else is worth the trip. If they have samosas, bahjis, or jalebi at the checkout, treat yourself on the way out!
