   Went as they had a product range i wanted to buy from. Had alot of other choice too. Was met with friendly people and helpful in every way. Bought more than what I went for, but still needed. The staff were very helpful and didn't rush me out of the shop. Will definitely be back as plenty of other ranges not seen before.

   Took my foster dog for her very first wash, brush and blow dry, my foster dog is very timid, the girls were brilliant with her, she looked to be enjoying the whole experience, and came back looking and smelling amazing, would recommend wholeheartedly. Had another foster dog dropped off to me today, the salon very kindly got me in so no.2 could look and smell pretty too

   Got our tiny paws pack, and Pup absolutely loved the box. Toy, chews, and dry kibble are a hit, but unfortunately, with our pup being on a raw diet, the collards meal gave her runs. Ordered a click and collect and staff were fantastic. Quick to ring and let me know my order was ready. Very polite and friendly. Store is well located and accessible just no disabled spots ever free as there is only 2 at other end of car park and always seems to have people in with no blue badges on view

   Been taking my Bichons Tom and Biscuit to the groom room for a while now and every single time the staff have been so loving and caring. The groom they get is good too but for me the fact that they are treated like princes makes it for me. I dont have to worry how they are when they go because I know they are getting spoilt. Thank you to all the grooming staff for the love you show them.

   Bought a harness from the wakey store, the lady in there (Linda i think, she mentioned she was a dog trainer) really helpful and informative, fitted my dogs harness and made a fuss of him, heard her speaking to other customers equally as helpful, great customer service, great staff. Great doggy pick & mix.
