Just took my puppy Ponyo to get her nails trimmed for the first time and all the staff were so good with her. Thank you so much for dealing with her giddiness!
A very good job but so expensive especially when you have 2 dogs that need their haircuts
I took my dogs for their nails trimmed and the girl was lovely, one of my dogs hates his feet being touched but she was really gentle with him and got the job done efficiently and quickly.
Booked a lastminute appointment via the online system for 4pm on the same day. Whenever i have rang for an appointment in the past its always been a few weeks wait. They were clearly fuming that we had turned up last minute. Stated that the dog's fur was matted and they couldn't really do the bath and brush we' had booked. I would need to re-book for a groom.........presumably in 2-3 weeks time. He certainly wasn't matted but i might have taken the advise on merit had it not been so clear how angry they were at having to do more work. Terrible attitude, will use an independent groomers from now on, sure they'll appreciate our business.
Rip off. Staff will double price instead of agreed rate. Don't go.
Love that your always greeted with a smile and they explain everything really well, I always feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them. Georgina will always be the groomer for my two puppers!!
Really excellent services with friendly and helpful staff. My dog had a puppy groom they took good care of him and did everything I asked for and answered all my questions with knowledge. Would recommend to everyone.
Lovely staff, my puppy barks a lot because he hates the bath but the girls never complain. He looks lovely when he comes out. Worth the money for me not to have to bath him at home.
