   Love this place! Been going since I was a kid! And now have the pleasure of taking my own son there. John the owner is absolutely amazing has all the time in the world for his customers and has alot of knowledge behind him! Alot of different animals to choose from and some really good prices too!

   Visited Aquatica for 30 odd years since a child. Hadnt been for a long time as i moved away from the City and was suprised to see John was still there as polite and knowledgeable as ever. Purchased a Chameleon with fully setup tank at a great price. Great to see the old shop is still going strong.

   just now Would buy anything from this pet store!. The gentleman that helped me was so Patient and helpful. He explained what I needed and what it was for also the pure love for his animals was second to none. We explained we wanted a Bearded dragon and we got everything for a fraction of the cost from a larger pet store. He laughed and said said “I have a rat on the counter”and I thought he was joking! But no that’s where he lives near the till like a guard lol.

   Knowledgeable helpfull staff, helped me cure a persistent water borne cloudy algae issue could have sold me tonics and expensive items but advised a cheap solution. I have bought all my fish from there since and never had an issue with illness or disease. Shop might be a little old school but the welfare and care given is evident.

   Just bought my first snake, a female corn snake with full set up, easy for a first timer to set up and look after, a great price compared to things I've SSSSSSEEN online and John (the owner) is brilliant, really knows his stuff, is available 24/7/365 for advice or supplies, including Christmas and New year before mid day, absolutely brilliant all round. Love this pet shop, I recommend to the novice (like me) but also for anyone who knows their stuff already and just needs supplies or top notch knowledge. 5 star is not enough I give 10 star, purely because I've got friends who know their stuff with exotic pets and have all said John is the man!!!
