   I cannot say how much the staff team have helped me, it's a lovely and a friendly chemist, they have always sorted my medication out if there has been any problems they have even taken to ordering my tablets from the doctors because I was getting mixed up with them. They always ask how you are and are interested in how you are, all in all big thanks to you all from me n him xxx

   I had an altercation on the telephone with one of the members of staff a few weeks ago when they refused to let me speak and kept talking over me. Since this, I went into store to collect medication and spoke to another member of staff and told them about the telephone call. The pharmacist rushed from the back of the counter to tell me I was lying ... I had no reason to lie or benefit from this and to call me a liar when she didn't take the telephone call is beyond me. The rest of the staff are fantastic apart from the worker who took the phone call and the pharmacist. Since this point she has been very snappy, short and has refused to dispense the medication the doctor has sent the script over for. Avoid at all cost. I will not return and have been told by two other pharmacies that they have had a number of reports of poor behaviour and a very unprofessional attitude from this pharmacy.

   It's ideal when they have the stock of prescription meds that I need. This occasion they didn't so I had to go elsewhere. Pleasant staff. Small store but it's laid out well.

   A small Boots pharmacy branch with a team of friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and plastic screens have been installed on the tills to protect customers and the staff. I've always had a positive experience whenever I've been in to collect a prescription.
