Lovely staff and good service. Really let down by rude arrogant customers. The staff should be allowed to physically throw them out.
Despite requesting prescription from the Doctor a week in advance as they request. Had to wait 25 minutes for it to be made up. This was the second visit of the day and after queueing again for 10 minutes. Really appalling customer service. Complaining a waste of time. Not the first time it has happened. I had 6 to write
Shall be going elsewhere from now on for my prescriptions. Passive aggressive assistant who served me seriously needs some training on customer service, and how to speak to customers in a respectful manner.
Really super helpful staff member called Emma who called around to find my friend's prescription when we couldn't find it in various other pharmacies. They didn't have the medicine in stock and tried to order it while I was on the phone to make sure she could get it by tomorrow. It is rare to get service like that these days.
There is one lady in there who always goes above and beyond to make sure i get the medication required. Also gave my poorly boy stickers for sitting patiently. Top service
The lady with the blonde hair or streaky hair is the worst lady regarding customer service skills I have ever known last two occasions the lady has been rude and starts getting angry with you. I am now in the process of going to another chemist. T he other staff need to just take notice of her Been using this chemist for a long time rest of staff fantastic
This chemist has to be the worst chemist in the area. If you walk in with a prescription you can guarantee a long wait for it to be prepared, regularly they do not have everything in stock to fill all of your prescription. If you have ordered your prescription on line you are told to wait two working days before collection and then you can’t guarantee it will be ready. Then to top it all, if you go in when the chemist is out or at lunch they can’t hand over your prescription. The general staff are excellent the dispensing is atrocious.
