   Really, really poor. Customer Services is absolutely dire , on every level. Shelf tickets aren't the actual items, or charges offered from Boots. & When charge/questioned at checkout the arrogance & confrontational/ belittling response received?? Unbelievable, disgusting & unacceptable. Utterly untrustworthy on every level. Only interest appears to be their online prescription orders, and the two Infront of me found their reported discrepancies/failures to be their fault!! I only got ripped off on toothpaste! Reasonable Experience Suggests investigation/support is required here. I'll not be going back.

   I called with a query pertaining to an old *prescription and not only was i not allowed to be mad about (my personal name preference and pronoun usage pronoun usage or pain medicine, i wasnt allowed to be un happy during the call. Pertaining to 2 ibuprofen, dont get me started when corrected on their behaviour) **typo edited for clarity and clearance as well as removed star. its been too long for them to be this way. i will be phoning your customer service line again.

   Not a bad chemist by 2022 standards although it can take a while for(some) staff to acknowledge you. Can sometimes be standing the till for ages and often it's one of the other staff that takes my name. It would be polite to say " I won't be long" or "I'll be with you in five minuites. Happy to change my review if thing's change.

   Used this branch for many years now and always found the staff polite, helpful and always happy to take time with the customers. Naturally there are busier times than others where the wait may be a little longer than you had hoped for, but if you go in off peak you won't have that issue.
