   Just moved to lupset & have had nothing but trouble with my repeat dispensary weekly prescription! Had an item owing on Friday 5/5/23 and told it would be Tuesday because of the bank holiday my script was sent from doctors surgery on 3/5 so went yo collect Tuesday....3 times and still not got it the item was a necessity as I am diabetic it was testing strips for my sugar levels after going twice on wednesday

   This must be the worst boots pharmacy I’ve ever known they are so slow at getting prescription ready it’s easier to call in and tell them you’re there then come back three days later to pick it up then it might be ready

   Absolutely one of the worst pharmacies i've had the misfortune of using long-term. They NEVER have anything done by the time they estimate, including if its weeklies so them not having it done means you're forced to go without for a day or two. Nobody here uses their initiative to figure out if you probably NEED something done to prioritise it, they frequently cite staffing issues, but NEVER is their a job vacancy at the place to back that up. Staff at the front are often ones that either have bad English, or just can't actually hear straight to start with. Absolutely the worst Boots I've ever used, just a shame my illness means its the only one within range for me! Definitely if its the case for you, try to go for delivered prescriptions!

   Terrible service, it's always slow. My prescription went in over a week ago and today (04/11/22) I still had to wait 30-40 mins to collect it.

   If I could go lower on the rating I would. Absolutely terrible chemist. Staff are rude. This is now the 3rd time I've out my prescription in over 7 days ago to be told its still not ready. Ridiculous yet they all stand talking to each other clearly not bothered about customers or the people waiting

   Absolutely s**t pharmacy prescription gets sent down as it's automatic so gets sent straight away yet you can't get it for 4 days then they tell you to come back or come the next day cause they don't have have it from the doctors, then when you go back you still get told to come bk and get told they don't have it in stock. Disgusting and appalling service.

   Not the best of service, ordered my repeat prescription on the 1st of June, then today the 9th of June i went to collect my script as the NHS app informed that my order was issued!! no prizes for guessing, i had to wait 10 minutes for them to get my order as it was not ready!! such a lazy bunch of staff, not sure how this branch survives, it probably wouldn't if it wasn't for the Doctors Surgery next door!!!!

   The making of prescription is mind numbingly slow, even if it's for one item. I've worked as a pharmacy assistant so I know how things are done, so I don't understand why with the amount of staff they have that it takes so long. The staff are friendly enough, but maybe need some more training
