   I visited yesterday. The compassion shown by the staff was heart warming. The clear love for animals was evident in how they treated a poorly stray cat. A cat who had been living rough, probably never had a home or even a name. The vet held his paw as he drifted off for the final time. In what was a very emotional morning for me having recently had to say goodbye to my precious little doggy the vet showed that she really cares. The vet displayed patience and empathy, taking time to explain everything to me. The respect that she showed the kitty gives me a little bit of faith in humanity even in these tumultuous times. I have named the beautiful orange feline Roger. He will join the loved and unloved at the rainbow bridges. Peace and love to the team, I know that your job must be so tough sometimes.

   Called beachwood vets and asked if they would collect a cat that had been killed by a traffic a 100 yards down the road , snotty receptionist told me she didn't have enough staff and wouldn't go get the cat . This broke my heart ! is it because no money was involved ! And you care for aminals but wouldn't walk 100 yards to help disgusted at your attitude on the phone and apauled you wouldn't help , looks like you don't go that bit extra for animals , you should be ashamed

   Just moved to Morley and needed my dog to be seen by a vet due to lameness. I picked Beechwood purely on reviews as I want the best care for my baby. They did not disappoint! Chaos is a large breed, there was no judgement, only kindness, consideration and efficiency. Thank you for making us feel welcome and getting him booked in at another branch quickly for xrays. I'll definitely recommend and use for all my 13 animals!! Chaos says thank you for his treat at reception :)

   I recently had to have my rabbit euthanised, it was heartbreaking, but the staff at Beechwood made the experience, the best it could be under the circumstances. I received a condolence card which was very thoughtful. Over the years, we have always used Beechwood for our many pets and always been happy with the level of service.

   I have used Beechwood vets since I got my very first dog in the 1980’s. I have always been seen promptly & given excellent advice. They are a very caring team & always ask about my other dog when I have taken the other dog for treatment. I know that if I have a real emergency I can go straight to them without an appointment (I have had to do this twice) & they will take the dog from me immediately & start treating the illness. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are an excellent team.
