My kitties have been going to Chantry vets Middleton for years now and we’ve always had a very good experience.
The girl on the desk was very sociable and helpful the vet himself was ver good put our minds at rest thank you
Had my boy Milo up for his 6 month checkup ,we saw Chris the veterinary nurse ,(what a lovely person) he always has time to listen to any concerns you may have ,and explains things properly, the only thing that could do with improving is the consultation rooms could really do with some kind of air-conditioning, the rooms are quite small and very warm ,it makes it hard to pasify a panting dog while having his observations done when it is so warm.
Recently attended the surgery for the first time for my cat to have dental surgery, I was really impressed by the whole team. I have been a chantry vet customer for many years and highly recommend the Middleton branch they are the best. Welcoming, friendly professional and I highly recommend. Great service with appointments running on time I was even seen early.
I take my 1 year old cat to Chantry Vets every 3 months now for weighing and his flea treatment. It is always clean and tidy and the staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. My cat seems to like the vet we see (which is more than can be said for other people) and we have seen the same one since he was 14 weeks old. He is very good with him and it amazes me every time that he doesn't hiss or scratch. It is a lovely feeling to know that he is growing and developing as he should and that there are no issues, it gives me peace of mind.
This was our first visit with barney,the staff were all very polite friendly and professional,barney is quite anxious around new people,the vet took her time getting to know him and helped keep him calm,she manage to do a full and complete health check(never before at our old vets due to his anxiousness).the questions we asked were answered easily giving a clear understanding. All in a very pleasant and trouble free visit for both ourselves and barney. Thankyou
Just a lovely vet surgery. I feel confident in taking my dogs there and they were super caring when my cat passed away. Thank you
I have pet rats, and it’s difficult to find a vet who deals with them for a reasonable price (not charging exotic vet prices for minor ailments**). The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The surgery was clean. The vet saw my rat quickly, and handled him confidently and kindly. He was thorough and helpful throughout the appointment. Would come back to this vets, especially with them being so local to me! Can’t fault them. ** my rat was only there for a suspected respiratory infection, so I can’t say for other more serious issues/ surgeries.
Had to say goodbye to my cat earlier and would like to thank all the staff at Chantry vets for their kindness at such an emotional time. The vet kept me informed at all times of what was going to happen and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye, thank you to everyone who works there for compassion.
