    Ordered some shopping on just eat waited an hour and half decided to cancel, tried again with Uber priority. Again I’m sat waiting it’s now 20 to 6. That’s almost 3 hours for a few items and they are apparently still picking them. Rubbish.

    Really lovely store. Deli counter has gorgeous fresh meats and salads and great offers regularly. Bakery is also great. Fish counter is always well stocked with lots of fresh fish and seafood and when it’s manned, staff are super sweet and helpful. Staff are really kind and happy to help, my one issue is there are never enough staff on duty, particularly on the checkouts after 6pm. I did a big shop last week (£140+) and arrived at the checkout around 18:45 only to be told by a lady that her single open checkout was closing after the customer in front of me and directed me to the self checkout. I had to put a trolley full through the self check out alone as my partner was at work and there wasn’t one ‘normal’ checkout open. Really poor service and it took me forever as I’m an amputee…

    I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Morrisons. Around two months ago, I was at the reduced section when a female staff member pushed her trolley into my boyfriends, causing me to nearly fall over even though she only had one item to place on the shelf. Saying ‘excuse me’ whilst pushing is unacceptable. As someone who is autistic, situations like this are especially overwhelming and distressing. I submitted a formal complaint straight away, but I still haven’t received any proper response or resolution after all this time. It’s unacceptable for something so serious to be ignored. I expected better care, communication, and accountability from a company like Morrisons.

    This Morrisons is my local supermarket & I’m so glad it is! It’s always stocked well & led out very well. I like that everything is in an order that makes sense as you move through your list. I cannot fault the staff, they are so helpful! I was trying to find kimchi last week & the lady I asked for help couldn’t have been kinder, she stopped what she was doing immediately & we wondered round for ages! Went in tonight & was offered a chocolate at checkout which was delightful.

    I have just been in morrosons the time is 12:26 on the 15.11.25 and I have just witnessed somothing discusting their was a old man. The machines at the door had bleeped on him this bloke was in is 90s roughly and your security. Was clearly taking is job far too serious as he was going frue the old mans bags for a good 5 mins. As the machine had bleeped. I would like to say that these machines make mistakes and your security need to learn basic common sence. I am a security manager and I think the security were appauling today.

    Gone down in my estimations since the new American owners took over. Has become pricier and I tend to shop elsewhere these days. Most of the others are cheaper. Not on everything but close enough. The store is typically clean and serves a purpose but that pricing is another matter. Will go downhill fast unless that changes.

    One of our main go to supermarkets. I come here almost on a daily basis and is always a pleasure. My little one loves to come here for an unknown reason. Free fruit for kids and the trolleys don’t need a coin which is fabulous. At times it’s understaffed at the checkouts so queues are growing but nothing major. Good selection of groceries and good availability almost every time.

    We enjoyed this walk because it had some great scenery and views and our dog could swim in the reservoir. The path was made and wasn’t sludgy at all. It wasn’t the longest of walks but we would definitely call again.
