My friend suffered racial discrimination from Estee Laudre, a white tall girls was so gross, so rude. We bought 10 packs. She made us feel like we were beggars. On the contrary, the Chanel girl is so so nice. Will never buy beater Lauder from Leeds city center boots again. Anyway the set on promotion was not good at all, cheap low effection stuff
The most horrible pharmacist ever. I have had bad experiences both times trying to get medication. She was rude, impatient, judgmental and seemed miserable.
Useless people behind the counter. Tried to buy some pain killers but got a non qualified idiot who asked me stupid questions to the point I walked out. Don't go there !
Elaine in Boots Pharmacy at Leeds City Station is an absolute star!…She went “above and beyond” to help me sort out my daily meds after I’d been caught without them due to my dad falling ill and me staying in Leeds whilst he receives end of life care. I was told by Boots Trinity branch they didn’t have my prescription in error so I visited here in case my GP sent it to the wrong Boots Pharmacy. Angeline was extremely helpful and went out of her way to call through to Trinity, ensuring my prescription was released to this branch so I could get my medication there and then without having to go back to Trinity and queue up again. Thank you for your help and a pleasant interaction. Great customer service.
I was in a hurry and had to buy a specific type of mask for Covid precautions. Most of the staff are nice, unfortunately one of them did not accept a refund for my medication.
I have always had a pleasant experience and this store is open till 11pm, so it's always come to my rescue when I needed something off hours. Not too many options though, but good for your basic needs
Great prices with friendly staff. Had an incident with someone taking advantage of me and the shop keeper helped me out with that and made sure I was okay. Very friendly security guard and always a pleasure to shop there
