   There is consistently a problem when collecting prescriptions from this pharmacy. The pharmacist is often on a lunch break or unavailable, and Linda is frequently left managing the counter on her own, visibly overwhelmed. Every time I visit, it feels like I am causing inconvenience just by showing up. On one occasion, Linda told me she was alone and busy and that I needed to come back later. I asked them once when would be a good time to come in in the future, when they are fully staffed, but they were not able to answer. I also have to double check my prescriptions, as not all items are given to me. Although the Crown Point location is convenient, the service here is the worst I have experienced when it comes to dispensing medication. At my last visit, before handing over my prescription, I was asked if I take blood pressure medication. When I said no, I was still pushed to have a blood pressure check. I found this intrusive. It is not appropriate to question customers about their medication unless there is a clear clinical reason, and it should not be made to feel like a required step before dispensing. I just want to collect what my GP has prescribed and leave.

   The employees are nice and the place is clean and all, this review concerns the lack of health related products. There's a lot of knee, wrist and ankle support, but nothing for shoulder support, not even a tourniquet.

   This is the worst boots in the area, the staff are so rude, the male manager practically accused me of been a shoplifter when I tried to exchange a size on an item that my daughter was bought for her birthday. The general feel of the store is miserable, I went in today and one of the staff was complaining about her shifts. Always messy and unorganised.

   Not happy I have points they not let me used .I am working retail is well if some have points they can use points and pay remaining amount. If not allowed to use customer points why given card ?
