   It is christmas eve and we ordered a delivery from the store on uber eats. The bag was incorrectly labelled as mine and we got the wrong stuff. After speaking to a wonderful person over the phone they went above and beyond and drove all the way too us with replacement items because Uber was messing around for a refund. All this on Christmas Eve. I'm sorry we didn't get his name but he went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to your company!

   A great store to look for stuff you don’t easily find in other stores! The sale products at a certain hour of the day are a great deal! It is also a great place to eat in the Cafe area. The renovations and innovation about the staff uniforms is amazing and works perfectly with the brand colours!

   Staff seem more focused on their online order collections and divices to care or notice in store customers. Not paying attention to other customers and walking in front of me. Happened 4 times in one visit. Also when asked if they sell a type of product I was told they "don't honestly know" and went back to finding their online orders. While I appreciate the honest answer I would have liked them to seek further help in clarifying my query. Other wise a good stock of items but pretty pricey.

   Morrisons always have a different view, Good to buy something different. Update: And have a Caffè to have a break while you shopping. Unfortunately, the Morrisons cafe lost about quality and customer service any time I am coming back .

   Ordered an ultimate breakfast with a portion of chips. Waited ages for it. Came with no egg. Eventually got a staff member who appeared to ignore every call I made to bring a fried egg. It was so under cooked that I think it was just laid. The only decent item was the chips. Rubbish cafe and probably will never eat here again.

   My first visit to this store, tried to get some balloons from the party section, nobody on kiosk sign saying take the florist, took to florist the 2 lazy lady’s advised they couldn’t blow them up and I’d need to go back to the party section which is right at the back of the store didn’t offer to help me get one and said by the time I was back I wouldn’t have to wait they would be free to do it. Unhelpful and lazy since they where just chatting amongst eachother.

   Morrisons has always been one of my favourite supermarkets to shop at. Like other supermarkets etc, prices have gone up. Inevitable under the current financial circumstances etc. I'm vegetarian so always like to have a good choice of food etc to choose from,which Morrisons do. HOWEVER .. It would be nice to see more offers regarding vegetarian options available .. for example, two curries/Chinese meals in the same bag at a reduced price from buying individually are better value than buying separately but WHY are there never vegetarian options within these offers?! With 1 in 3 people now vegetarian to some level, you would think they would introduce more of an option for us. Having said this though, I always find this store clean, pretty stacked well with items to buy etc, and friendly staff.

   Would be a 4 out of 5 stars if they didn't have a rat infestation in the carpark that they refuse to do anything about. And for the fact that they leave boxes and boxes of frozen food out to thaw before putting it away, doesn't that pose a health & safety risk to consumers???
