Absolutely ridiculous, came here at 5. 35 had an appointment got up twice to ask if doctor is aware that we are here, got told he is in notes. After 45 mins of waiting tell us he can’t see us because he has an emergency crisis. WHAT!!! Before we came in I called to change appointment time to abit later (by 10 mins or so) and got told the surgery is full! When it was empty. Waste of time! Ridiculous! One of the receptionist with the short hair was just sort of rude!

It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment. They tell you to call at 8am, but when you call exactly at 8, the phone system already says they’re too busy and to try again later. When you finally get through, the receptionist asks why you didn’t call at 8 which is frustrating and unhelpful. The system needs serious improvement to make it easier for parents and patients to reach a doctor when it’s really needed.

Doctors themselves are great but Tina on reception clearly hates mental health and had a 5 minute long tantrum cause I originally requested a specific doctor that wasn’t in work today. Couldn’t grasp that I still needed to see a doctor. Made threats about sending the phone call to her manager to “deal with you” to then send me a text with an apt in 48hrs time less than 3 minutes after telling me No I could not have an appointment.

I had a completely different experience to most first time visiting this surgery for wound care that my local gp couldn’t provide any longer and honestly I saw senior nurse Marie and she was brilliant explained far more than my own surgery I felt like she wanted to help. It’s all too easy to have negative things to say but honestly I have None I had a lovely experience and will be happy to go back to them for wound care. She was very thorough and although I only had a 20min appointment I didn’t feel rushed and she explained that I could get a 40minute one to go into things in more detail really can’t fault this surgery at all up to now 10/10

The worst GP in the UK. The service is absolutely unacceptable—especially from the manager and the reception team. They act like they know everything and often behave as if they’re doctors themselves, which is both unprofessional and frustrating. Very poor experience overall. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m deeply disappointed by how poorly the situation was handled and wonder if anyone is monitoring the staff or holding them accountable for repeated complaints.

Receptionists are unpleasant to put it mildly, often unprofessional. I legitimately avoid calling for an appointment unless I absolutely have to. The interrogation is next level and not to mention the unwarranted advice. Are they now part doctor, part receptionist? Please, for the sake of treating people with respect, train them in customer care.

Absolutely brilliant doctor's surgery. The staff are all really helpful and polite, never have to wait long to get an appointment and the doctors are a credit to the NHS. Thank you for all of your hard work and helping me get on the path to recovery.

Extremely competent and caring practice with patient care centred around all appointments. My recent experience saw me seen by a salaried GP on time, very comforting and reassuring. I appreciate how busy the surgery is, reception bombarded with calls, queues and often arrogance. Its great to see the team with a smile. Keep up the amazing work.
