   The three sides of the building which face the streets make this place look completely abandoned; all roller shutters down, graffiti everywhere. I almost gave up, twice, before finding a single little door. They had what I wanted, though.

   They just cancel your fit to fly test without any reason at all and no help whatsoever with another booking. I'm lucky I have the time to arrange another at a different company but some people will have been left up the creek without a paddle.

   I was the first driver for this place when it first opened. I worked there for 11 years before I retired . Only a couple of staff there now that I worked with. People are giving bad reviews of how they won't deliver . To be honest it's not the fault of the staff. Head office are the ones that make up the rules and the staff take the blame. It started just before I left just remember when giving them a bad review. They have to do what they are told.

2. Netflix Netflix ★☆☆☆☆

   This is the worst pharmacy ever! I call them they hang up one me without me even starting starting conversation with them. I ordered online prescription and I have received an email confirmation to collect and they told me it's not there even if I call Lloyds pharmacy to make sure it was delivered and they confirmed it's there ready for collection. Very rude and incompetent workers.

   Awful visit to the pharmacy. I have been to this pharmacy twice now and have been met with rude unhelpful staff both times. I was told my prescription would be ordered for deliver the next day, for it to not arrive. Upon my visit today I overheard the staff laughing about another customer, making remarks regarding his personal appearance and hygiene which is exceptionally unprofessional. Overall, poor attitude and poor service.

   Staff is very helpful and polite, however going in the pharmacy is awful. The smell of sewage is disgusting. While I was waiting near the counter I spotted spider webs at the bottom and the floor was filthy. The cleaning standards are not accepted for a pharmacy. The place needs deep cleaning . Made me feel very uncomfortable while waiting for my prescription. I hope the owner does something about it

   2nd review....I love this pharmacy everything and everyone is 100% awesome. 1st visit arrived the shutters were down. Discovered you turn right into the building. Amazing Pharmacist & Dispensing Pharmacist. Very Happy to Help me. Was not even aware it opened on a Sunday. Fantastic NHS service Many Thanks. ❤️

   Disgusting and down right rude. I asked for a prescription for my name, they said my name wasn't there, this was untrue. I rang my doctor and they said it is there, and they sent a specific code for them to search in their database for my medicine. They found it but the "file was corrupted" and they couldn't give me my medicine. So I rang my doctor's receptionist and she told me that she has never heard of this and that it is ridiculous, she offered to talk to them on the phone and explain things for me. I then offered the phone to one of the chemist's to sort this issue out, there was one chemist in the shop at the time, whilst the others were outside on their break. I explained the situation to her and said the receptionist is on the phone, would you please take this call, so we can sort this out? She said I can't, I can't, everyone else is on break, I can't handle a phone call. Basically she didn't want to do her job. She told me I'm holding up the line, and that she needs to serve other waiting customers, as if I'm not a customer myself??? I got frustrated and told the receptionist that she's refusing to take my phone so my doctor can explain the situation and resolve everything. For whatever reason the phone line cuts out mid-conversation. I rang my doctors up again to see if I can get another chemist to speak to them, this took a while, but whilst I was calling my doctors the chemist who refused to answer the phone said, Oh I'm ready now, I can talk to them. I explained the phone cut out, and I will ring them again, she said oh the doctor could have at least waited longer, bearing in mind the doctor would have been waiting 10 minutes on the line for them to finally agree to talk to them, explaining this is my prescription and why is there a file corruption? Finally, when I put the receptionist at my doctor on speaker and gave it to one of the chemists they talked it out and eventually fixed it. However, even though the receptionist was on loud speaker one of the other chemists in the background shouted, " ugh she's so wrong, this woman." I felt so embarrassed for my doctors having to be treated like that by a chemist. These are rude, nasty little girls behind the counter, who cannot be bothered to lift a finger for their job, and feel entitled to always being right.

   I order my repeat prescription online to save me waiting for my prescription to be completed. arriving at 3.30pm i stood and waited and waited and waited. an elderly gentleman informed a member of staff that if he didn't get his prescription soon he would collapse.he was told the pharmacist was on the phone to a customer, why he/she wasn't dealing with the customers in the store confused me. 2 of the staff went for a cigarette break passing customers minus their face masks. at 4.05 I finally received my prescription.farcical!!
