The best boots in leeds ever the customer service is to exemplary standard with wonderful kind caring staff, boots have great value for money on various different products inshore and I love the store layout for easy to find essentials, when m I need to get my prescriptions the staff are very helpful and supportive.
I cannot comment on the pharmacy but as far as boots goes it was ok, had an alright selection, but not the best. It is not the largest store either, but has essentials
The pharmacy is always a massive wait. You can be waiting 20 minutes even for over the counter stuff. They should consider more staff at peak times to help them out.
Very frustrating pharmacy to deal with. With my latest visit I was told the prescription would be 15 mins and they actually had me waiting there for an 1 hour 30 mins. All seemed very badly organised. No updates on wait times or why it was taking so long.
In-person, not a problem. Phone line wise? I have tried to contact this pharmacy various times for various different issues over the past year, there’s not even been one time they’ve answered the phone— what’s the point having a phone line if you ignore the phone?
I visited two branches yesterday, both did not have the items (cleansing brush), so will order online. Xmas stock is still very expensive. The Boots in Kirkstall prescription queue was a least half hour long.
Often a nightmare to get parked during peak times. Had countless had experiences trying to collect prescriptions. Always long queues or items unavailable even when prescriptions are sent a week ahead.
Can never get thru on the phone whatever time of day you ring. One line never answered, Pharmacy line always busy forcing you to go in person. Prescriptions never, ever ready, consequently text service is never used. Maybe understaffing is the problem but it definitely needs sorting out. Service is appalling.
Having to change my pharmacy from here as too many reoccuring issues with unhelpful staff. Pharmacy staff leave you waiting without any acknowledgement. I was waiting 10 minutes before a member of Pharmacy said are you being served. There was also a queue behind me. No awareness whatsoever. I understand concentration is required for dispensing and checking medication. Pharmacy staff always look like they don't want to be there and never smile. Doesn't take much to be friendly and polite. I have rang the Pharmacy to check an item and the phone has been picked up and put down on me several times. Not the way to run a Pharmacy service. Really disappointing.
