   A good size asda store with usually fully stocked shelves, at least when I've been there, which is quite often since it's my local. But more importantly, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Always a smile and a hello with a little conversation at the tills. And it's usually pretty clean around the shop. So if you're in need of a bit of shopping, this is the place to go!

   The store itself is great, but the cashier was not in the mood to work. I had a bad day wasting my time there. First of all the old lady cashier was not interested in serving at all. She scanned the item incorrectly and they are in the offer prices which charge me full price. So, it takes a long time to be corrected by customer service. She didn't even remind me to use the loyalty card.

   Plumitted down hill since the days before COVID. Feels like a continental supper market, with loss-leaders to pull you in then inflated prices on everything else. Unkempt, pallets of stock blocking isles, staff don't challenge poor customer behaviour... Visiting once or twice a year is more than enough :(

   The nothing adsa cafe please disabled people i sorry I am diabetes my partner was giving insulin yesterday need to nasty vulnerable when he got set up for it set up now it and seen two rats kitchen cafe area on friday by way won't paying £2.05 need start probably already accidently this keep clean got evidence cafe not clean needs start cleaning table sand mopping the regular every a spillage on the and sweeping up as well thankyou very much

   Took my 2 sons in and they ate for a £1 each in Asda cafe - meal and a drink. Cafe nice, clean and food good quality. Staff were great after I didn’t realise a drink was included and went out of their way to ensure kids got one. Very grateful, thank you Asda staff

   Very poorly stocked and managed store. Often missing many items. Asda have also been increasing prices a lot and combined with the poor stock situation you’re often forced into buying even more expensive alternatives. Prices on the shelf are frequently wrong too as labels aren’t changed when they should. When you contact staff or Asda about the issues they don’t care. Much better supermarkets around.

   Been to Asda this evening. It was like Russia, lots of empty shelves, particularly on the beer aisle. No staff around! Asked “helper” at the till if she could check stock, an item where gap was empty! Eventually said “my :manager says, if it’s empty, we probably haven’t got any”. Not good enough on a weekend! I drove to Tesco, up the road and found what I wanted, much tidier and well stocked!

   Always here to help. What a laugh. On Tuesday I was in asda and I asked one of your staff to pass me a mop. Hold on and while I stood watching she changed the price from £10 to £12. You will have to pay that she said I have done it know. No thank you very much

   ASDA let itself down badly this Christmas!!! No trolleys. A couple of dozen people stood outside in cold waiting for trolleys. We had to carry four baskets to carry our shopping manually and pulled my shoulder out and now cant use my right arm. No staff outside helping. Absolute Nightmare. Won't be back!! Goodwill to all. Baa humbug!
