   I’m very disappointed, you haven’t been selling fresh bread rolls for quite some time now. That was the main reason I shopped there. Such a shame, they were really good. I only shop for nuts now.

   No stars. Truly awful experience. If the Asda hierarchy wonder why this business is going down the plughole just pay a visit to this hell hole. Customer service is, at best, woeful. Customer service desk employee didn't have a clue about customer service. No smile, no engagement, placed my money on the desk without counting it out, no eye contact. I wouldn't employ her if she was the last employee on earth. Entering and exiting is like going through Fort Knox, everyone treated like criminals. I will never set foot in this place again. Depressing and disturbing.

   Staff at self checkout are too busy interacting amongst themselves. Asda middleton has become a joke. It used to be the go too supermarket. Started shopping at Aldi where customer service is first class

   Our nearest supermarket. It’s ok, nothing special at all. I would recommend you scan to shop as very often the prices scan up a lot higher than he marked price. This can be a nightmare to sort out with staff. Self check outs are filthy and in desperate need of a good clean. The loyalty reward programme is useless. The scan fun station is always faulty and often doesn’t recognise your mobile number. There are a couple of lovely staff members that are really helpful. Very limited choice for vegetarians.

   I came to this ASDA to see the refillable station and decide if I wanted to shop here more often. I found the refillable station way too small and limited in products, they don't even have beans, chickpeas or cous cous! They have a refillable for shampoo, conditioner and washing up liquid, and then a few cereals, many types of rice and pasta. I like the direction they are taking with this, but it is very far from enough. I gave this supermarket 3 stars because I found that it had more vegetarian and vegan products that are not always available in other big supermarkets, like firm tofu or soya chunks.

   Actually a great store and staff. I did review before when having a bad day but this Middleton store Leeds really does help its customers and they are all very approachable and an enjoyable experience. Sadly most people only review when negative, me too but ye it's hats off to them here they do great. Cheers

   The refill stations are a nice idea, but the options are pretty limited. Not worth the extra drive. At least a full range of grains and oils would be worth it.

   Possibly the worst supermarket in Leeds, always items out of stock meaning we have to buy higher priced alternatives. Use by dates giving you only 1-2 days of freshness. Staff strewn across the aisle with cages and trolleys restocking shelves but don’t have any regard for customers and don’t help to much degree when asked. You’re better off at Aldi down the road which although doesn’t always have everything it has the essentials and at better prices with better use by dates. Today there is no Asda Mayo, no essentials Beef, no Basa of any sort! Flavoured cold chicken has a date of TOMORROW! And at £2.80 per pack it’s simply not good enough. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down and you can’t have both!

   I'm always really happy with asda. I'm local to this asda and go in several times a day. All the staff are super friendly and happy to help. If you don't know where something is ask and they'll try there best to show you. I'm especially pleased this summer with the Asda's cafe. the food isn't Super fantastic compared to a propper takeaway place but for the prices you couldn't beat it. I really like going into the cafe and seeing one of the male staff. He is always there and He is always chatty and super friendly. Well done!
