“I phoned several times in one day to ask if my mother’s doctor had prescribed urgent medication. Each time I phoned the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. When I then visited to collect the drugs, the pharmacy was very very busy but the staff were polite, organised and very helpful in the way they interacted with the doctor, due to an error in the prescription. Rather than just send me away with no medication, before I arrived they had already contacted the doctor and started to arrange a new prescription. Very much appreciated and helpful. The mistake on the prescription was not the fault of the pharmacy and when they spotted it they went above and beyond to find a solution, when their ship was already very busy and they had lots to attend to.”
