Moved to this pharmacy after bad experiences with the new pharmacist at Pharmacy plus on old lane. Found the staff to be really friendly and willing to help with any issues you might have. Was very impressed that they remembered my name after only 2 visits.
I have always been very satisfied with the service at Well Pharmacy Beeston. The busy staff have always done their best to provide me with any requirements going above and beyond sometimes.well done to all.
Absolutely appalling service. It takes way too long to get prescriptions. Staff are incredibly rude to customers. Abruptly telling people to wait until they receive a text until they are allowed to ask for their meds, which can take well over a week. Hey, it's not like your life depends on timely healthcare or anything. Furthermore, they have no time for vulnerable individuals, such as older or mentally ill people, who may rely on interactions with service providers within the community because they are lonely.
Rude abrupt pharmacist I had used all my prescription of painkillers and went in to buy some more as I couldn’t get a prescription from my doctors but I got my head bitten off and told me with a bad attitude that I’d been given enough to see me through without even bothering to check the computer only to find out I had ran out went to another pharmacist and got the painkillers I needed and have changed pharmacies though I’ve always found the other staff working there nice lost a customer as the pharmacist hasn’t even apologised to me wouldn’t recommend.
Very friendly and helpful and professional, they text me when my meds are ready,I only have to pop down to pick them up ✌️
Avoid the place as they forget about your repeated prescriptions!

I don't know what's happened this place as of the past year, but it is dreadful. They don't even seem to have a system for repeat prescriptions that are done online to match their computer system, let alone people coming in to buy something. There's almost always a long queue of customers that are sick of waiting and just walk out, and as for the "it will definitely be here tomorrow" is just a statement that gets you out of the shop without an argument. After 9 months of being patient and trying desperately to give them a chance, I have now moved to the national chemist chain down the road, and the difference is amazing. Walked in and out in less than 3 minutes with all my medicine......will never be back here again.....ever !!!!!!!!!! Had to give a one star as there is no facility for giving a minus 10
