Lovely staff but they’re not customer friendly for those of us who work, close for 90 minutes at lunchtime, no evening or Saturday openings so quite discriminatory really and frustrating. If you work full time then you need to take time off work. A real need to consider their customers which would undoubtedly increase if they weee more accessible!
Staffs are well but they have no competency handling the cash. Gave a £20 note to buy my daughter’s calpol she gave me back only £5 pounds. When I asked she said I gave her £10. Told her she’s wrong, she said she is right gave her £10 and she made me feel that I have done a crime. Didn’t argue with her left the pharmacy. I am sure will not go back to them and there are more pharmacies with educated staffs. Don’t recommend at all.
Excellent staff, very efficient and always greet you with a smile. Almost worth worth being ill!

This pharmacy is a great local service. The ladies who work there are friendly and give great advice. They have always shown me care when I go in. Whoever gave it 1 star has strange priorities in a pharmacy! I think care and attention is the most important thing.
