Very poor service. Waited over half an hour to get served. Long queues because the staff are so disorganised. The saddest thing though, is because this pharmacy is next to the blackburn road medical centre, it is putting the other 'good' pharmacies out of business. What a farce.
Prescriptions are consistently a week late leaving us without CDs. Paramedics are sent out to us frequently as a result, and they've gone down to sort it out more than once. As have care workers. Calls are ignored. Emails are ignored. Complaints are ignored. Abysmal service.
Sad to leave a poor review but they leave me no choice. Failed to provide 2 items on my disabled wife’s script and after returning to the pharmacy to rectify the staff were completely uninterested and verging on rude. Computer says collected so left to attempt contacting GP to re issue even though they hadn’t provided in the 1st place. All I can suggest is to fulfill your prescriptions elsewhere as we will be going forward.

My wife and I had our booster covid jabs this morning. Elaine and Paula were very professional, efficient and sympathetic to my wife’s fear of needles. Would highly recommend to others.
I am a 63 year old woman with a fear of needles & have had to have my husband with me to hold my hand when I had the previous 2 flu jabs & 3 Covid jabs. I had booked myself & my husband in for an appointment for the Autumn Covid Booster for a few days time at Knights Oakwood Pharmacy & called in to the Pharmacy today to ask if we would be able to have the flu vaccine at the same time as the Covid vaccine, (as I was unable to get through on the phone to ask). The Pharmacy Technician in the reception area overheard & offered me both vaccinations whilst I was there. I told her that I had a fear of needles & needed my husband to hold my hand, so she offered to hold my hand in his place. I didn't feel rushed or pressurised, more coaxed into it so I subsequently had both vaccinations given to me by her lovely colleague whilst having my hand held. This made a very scary (for me) experience a very much more pleasant experience. I was blown away by their empathy, understanding & care. What a lovely Pharmacy - highly recommended.
Superfast excellent friendly service for flu vaccine. Even called me sweetheart and staff are lovely and have a great sense of humour. Thoroughly recommend this establishment.
This chemist have been brilliant at looking after my elderly dad and step mum. They deliver medication every week to them both and have just been so helpful. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
