    I had to get a very important medicine that was prescribed by gp. When i went to pick up they said it was out of stock and i will be informed when to pick up. I got the medicine after 7 days that to without any message from the pharmacy.

    The pharmacy staff are very kind and responsible, and I would like to give special thanks to Abi. She is extremely responsible, kind, and does everything she can to help the customers "Big thanks to Abi" The only problem with the pharmacy is that it takes a few days after receiving the prescription for them to text you to come and pick up your medication.

    The staff at this pharmacy operate at a slow pace, making the process unnecessarily time-consuming. Whether you're requesting a prescription or attempting to make a purchase, it's difficult to have a positive experience here. They always seem to find an excuse rather than effectively resolving issues. After waiting for 10 minutes and providing my prescription, they realized it lacked an official stamp and instructed me to return to the GP. It's frustrating that they are unable to handle such matters themselves. Overall, the service is slow, unhelpful, and inefficient.

    Pick up all my prescriptions ordered online from the doctors next door. They text me when they are ready collect. Always friendly and helpful. Not open Saturday and Sunday.

    Had a Flue Jab booked and the pharmacy called me the evening before to leave a message they had no stock after a 3 week wait. However I was made aware they were aware of the stock situation way before my appointment and must have been hoping to receive supplies. Not a way to treat customers and now an ex customer.

    This was my first experience with this pharmacy, after an examination at my local surgery my doctor wrote me a prescription and I elected to pick it up at this pharmacy for convenience. My consultation was Wednesday morning 9.30am I called in at Well Shadwell pharmacy Wednesday afternoon at 16.30pm to be told that it was not ready and they would need at least 2 days. It's now Friday and it's still not ready and they are now closed for the weekend. If I could give 0 stars then I would if I could give 0 stars then I would

    I phoned several times in one day to ask if my mother’s doctor had prescribed urgent medication. Each time I phoned the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. When I then visited to collect the drugs, the pharmacy was very very busy but the staff were polite, organised and very helpful in the way they interacted with the doctor, due to an error in the prescription. Rather than just send me away with no medication, before I arrived they had already contacted the doctor and started to arrange a new prescription. Very much appreciated and helpful. The mistake on the prescription was not the fault of the pharmacy and when they spotted it they went above and beyond to find a solution, when their ship was already very busy and they had lots to attend to.
