   I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crystal Pharmacy. They refused to process a valid prescription for Mounjaro that was issued by a registered prescriber on Faces. The prescription was written before the recent price increase, but instead of honoring it, the pharmacy gave me different excuses each time and ultimately refused to dispatch my order and haven’t issed refund either . To make matters worse, they avoided any proper communication. Despite sending multiple emails requesting clarification in writing, they refused to respond appropriately. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling important prescriptions
