“Fantastic service yesterday after yet another calamity from the staff at my previous chemist up the road. I came home and immediately changed my (very large) repeat presciptions to Boots, and went in today to collect. Really quick professional service. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.”

“Attended this pharmacy for a Covid and Flu vaccination at 32 weeks pregnant. Although the service ran late, the staff were very polite and friendly. I have just moved into the area so it was a lovely first experience at the local pharmacy.”

“We arrived at the Kirkstall Pets at Home store with a cat we had rescued. The sales staff were so lovely and took time to give us loads of advice about cat carriers and how to get a cat into one. We then had a drop in appointment to check whether he was chipped. He had been chipped and the receptionist contacted the family, who wanted to see him before they decided what to do. We were offered hot drinks while we waited for the family to turn up. The lady on reception was very sympathetic and sweet. The family didn’t want him anymore so we made an appointment for a health check before neutering. Unfortunately Monty went on a walkabout and we had to cancel. He returned and the male receptionist was very understanding and booked us in again. What a lovely place with lovely staff. ❤️”

“Just started my first repeat prescription with Steeton as my nominated pharmacy. A little concerned after reading the google reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised when my prescription was there waiting for me, no queue, no fuss and polite staff. Maybe I hit it just right, but that was my experience.”

“Since the abrupt closing of the chemist at the Slisden Medical Practice it has been necessary to obtain my partner's father's prescription from the main street pharmacy. As he is house bound it is important that the prescriptions are delivered to the house. Most of this was done seamlessly. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding by SMP one item was not included in the changeover. This was not notice, by us, until he had run out of the very important tablets. After a quick phone call to the pharmacy they quickly made up the prescription for collection,we collected that one, at the same time while we were there, the chemist made the necessary arrangements for the repeat order to be delivered in future. Thank you for your understanding and quick response, which was to us very important.”

Medichem Pharmacy offer an ear cleaning and anti fungal treatment that has cleared all my symptoms I have been suffering from, within 3 visits… Im now all clear from infection. I can’t thank Jasmine enough for how this treatment has made a massive difference to my day to day living! Thank again!! “A small Boots pharmacy branch with a team of friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and plastic screens have been installed on the tills to protect customers and the staff. I've always had a positive experience whenever I've been in to collect a prescription.”

“One the most helpful and kindest pharmacy I have been I too I literally rang around full Dewsbury and Batley for a medicine which no one stocked except for this pharmacy. They also took time out to help with a form that I can claim back money for the medication. Which ever pharmacy I’ve have been to they always seem to be very rude and do not want give that time and advise to a customer. I felt very welcomed here and I will come here in future even though I live a little far from here.”

“An excellent, above and beyond service provided. Having being prescribed strong pain killers and unable to drive to collect. I rang the pharmacy and asked if the medication could be delivered today. This was at 3.30 pm and the delivery driver was out on his last rounds and finished at 4 pm. The pharmacy said he would be back around 4 and would ask if he would deliver for me. 4.15 pm my much needed medication arrived. A truly above and beyond piece of customer service. Sincere thanks to all involved.”
