The lady who answers the phone couldn't be more rude if she tried, rude to the point that the only possible conclusion is that she is making an effort to be as rude as possible. Lots of other things, like I was a call back on something very important and no one bothered calling me back, I had to call back to find out the information. Honestly there are lots of pharmacies near by so just don't put yourselves through one that obviously doesn't need the custom.
Nice small pharmacy - had a very specific issue and wanted to speak with a pharmacist. Despite it being close to closing time, I was given as long as I needed to talk about the issue and given plenty of great advice. But not just advice about medication, but got some actual compassion was treated with respect. Good stock and always a friendly face.
best pharmacy in Leeds! always made to feel welcome by the woman at the reception and it's great to see the young girls in there enjoying what they do and always having a smile on their face! also, the pharmacist himself is unbelievable, no surprise that he's previously been awarded Yorkshires Pharmacist of the Year!
