It always amazes me how the staff at the pharmacy are quite happy to carry on what is clearly personal chat for a fair while, whilst we wait for them to eventually bother to come around to the counter to assist. Pity because it is generally a really good store.
Prescription sent through from Dyneley house surgery Tuesday. Called to collect Saturday. NOT READY! Pharmacist on a break, asked whether it would be ready following Tuesday. Answer "possibly, unless we have to order any items in". I have the same problem every month. I suppose the answer is use a proper pharmacy.
Ordered my daughter's prescription and never received a message to confirm it was ready, so I went in to check nearly two weeks after. They claimed they just needed to make it up and kept me waiting for half an hour while they served everyone else. Absolutely disgraceful. Shame they have an infinite stream of business and don't need to rely on customer service to survive.
Even though its a Pharmacy in a Supermarket they are super organized and the average waiting time is 8 to 15 mins so why not do your shopping while you wait. While you are walking up and down choosing what to have for tea you could go check Karnevors music out on Spotify, Apple Music or any other streaming platform. Enjoy.
By the time pharmacist had done several prescriptions for people in the queue, it was after the 8pm closing time. Nevertheless he took time to discuss and give advice (which was excellent advice) about my health issue. Very professional. Thank you.
Pharmacy opens at 10 on a Sunday? Nope, it wasnt! Get your times right, risking your life everytime you walk into a supermarket in covid times is quite the p*%$ take.
They don't even deserve the 1 star. Staffed with liers. They give you the most stupid excuses for their inefficient practice and they expect you to believe it. I had to send 3 different people to pick one prescription. They claimed they had receive the prescription 5 mins before you ring to complain while your doctor sent it 6 hours ahead. Just liars and had no regards for needy and ill people. I
