   I’ve just had a brilliant experience here. I had a couple of insect bites that I felt needed looking at and the manager Cora was so welcoming and kind, she reassured me and then immediately showed me to a private room with the pharmacist Kash. He had a good look at them and fully explained the range of treatment available, he was really knowledgable and friendly. He then collected the medication needed and showed me to the front desk where a really friendly member of staff rang through my items. I was so impressed with the service and will be returning here. Thank you to all the team!

   I went to collect a prescription a week ago but they didn't have the item in stock. Left my prescription with them and was told they would ring me when it was in. A week later I've had no phone call, and every time I ring no-one answers and line goes dead. This isn't good enough, someone should at least answer the phone as their service is for people who need medication. I now have to walk 20 mins out of my way in the hope they have my prescription! Poor customer service!

   Worst chemist I have ever used. Went to pick a prescription up that was ready, but the insulin hadn't been dispensed as it need to be in the fridge. It could have been done and still kept in the fridge. But today there was no pharmacist in so I could not collect my prescription. Then git told by a Karen that they can send it back and I can go somewhere else.

   I am a carer of a lady who get a weekly dosset box and morphine . This chemist is shocking prescriptions are never ready , phone calls never answered and always passing the blame to the doctors . On this occasion they have today lied once again and it's down to their incompetence that the lovely lady I care for has to go without morphine because they didn't request it from the doctors like they promised they would and assured me they had ,

   Shockingly poor opening hours. 9-6 in the week isn't ideal but closing all weekend makes collecting prescriptions almost impossible if you can't get away from work mid-week.

   I’ve been trying to call the pharmacy for a week to ask them to release my prescription so I could pick it up from a pharmacy near work as I’ve been unable to get in to collect. The phone is never answered!! When I eventually managed to get in I could hear the phone ringing but it was just ignored. I appreciate you are busy, but we all are. If you’re too busy to answer the phone then please give people an opportunity to send a message by another means (email perhaps). My issue wasn’t urgent but it could have been!!

   I have been trying to contact this branch all week as I am due to collect my repeat medication and the phone isn't answered and it is cut off after a few rings. I have covid and cannot collect my medication. There is no other way of contacting them and I need my inhalers. This is not the first time I have had a problem getting to speak to someone at this pharmacy.

   I cant praise the service at the Well Pharmacy and the staff highly enough. From receiving regular notifications of my medication being ready to collect to supportive telephone consultations offering professional advice. During the pandemic staff worked out of hours to ensure that no one was turned away from the store and on one particularly bad snow day staff actually went out hand delivering medication to vulnerable members of the community. Customer service and the professional but friendly approach of the hard working staff is second to none and I cant thank you highly enough for service over the years.
