Staff here are so friendly and helpful. It never feels rushed or stressful. Sometimes there is a queue of course, but staff always give quality time to all customers in my experience. And always great advice from Lorna on Boots products and deals on makeup too :)
Great service pharmacist very helpful even though she is very busy. Never refused help when requested. All staff friendly even under pressure well done all!!!

Good customer service, staff are always happy to help just a shame they always look so stressed. To me it looks like it might be because never enough staff working to cope with the amount of customers they have but it doesn't help when some customers are so ignorant and bad mannered towards them.
I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Over a period a year they have messed up my repeat prescription 10 times out of 12. Despite being on their vulnerable patient list they have left me without medication over weekend numerous times, and despite being at fault themselves they then insist I call the doctors to try to get an urgent prescription. Their other "solution" if I can't get hold of the doctors is to call 111!! I've literally been in tears in the pharmacy and over the phone on a number of occasions. This month my partner took over the slog of communication for me and has been passed pillar to post. In a new twist the staff are now blaming the doctors surgery for not issuing the prescription rather than admitting they hadn't requested it. My partner has had enough and we've moved to the other pharmacy in Todmorden. Really appalling customer service, and I worry for patients who DON'T have a family member or partnet who can help them navigate this farcical situation.
