    Went to ask The pharmacy a question went to the checkout till and said can I see the pharmacy? Shouted at me to go over there which I did waited. Nobody spoke to me to say we’re busy at the moment. Can you wait? I do not like being ignored and being shouted at when I’ve only asking a question. I will never visit this pharmacy ever again. I’ll go elsewhere where I might get proper service and courteous service.

    Always 1 person serving on the prescription desk and it takes 30 minutes to even get seen after waiting in the huge que. Its not 'now and then' its every single time you go in here you are there 30+ minutes. Staff are polite but id rather not wait that long.

    I was given the wrong medication by the staff and when I asked to exchange it they said no. I had walked out of the shop and it had been 10 seconds before I opened the brown bag and realised I was given a medication that had been sent incorrectly by my GP and given to me. I realised I was expecting something else and turned back to ask if I can exchange it for the thing I was expecting and they said no way. I understand this is company policy but when the actual medication is clearly unopened and it had been less than 10 seconds since I left the physical shop I truly believe there needs to be some common sense and it by analysed on a case by case basis. I am not blaming the pharmacists for dispensing the incorrect medication but rather the attitude that was accompanied when I asked to simply swap the medication I was given for the correct one. One of the pharmacists tried to make out like I was the one in the wrong by saying the medication I should have received is smaller and the one I got was bigger how did I not realise when I was in the shop when you don't tend to open the medication straight away. It is such poor service that is not to be expected from a chain like boots, I am now out of pocked for 2 prescriptions and as a student I do not have disposable income just to spend like this. I have been with boots for as long as I can remember but since this event I will be changing pharmacies, I went with boots as I thought they would be able to mitigate for errors like this and help the consumer hence in return getting loyal customers but evidently this is not true.

    Good helpful staff , sometimes get crowded and a queue forms , however staff tries their best.

    Inconsistent opening times. Closes for an hour for lunch which is inconvenient for anyone on their lunchbreak. A couple of weeks ago this shop was open til 10pm in the week, now it closes at 6pm.

    Very small selection of items which is fine, it’s a small store. I have had to struggle to get half of the prescriptions that are sent over there. I thought ordering birth control pills a month in advance would surely be enough time to have it ready, but when I went to pick it up they told me someone had already picked it up. Then they tried to convince me that I was the one that picked it up. I had to pay for an emergency prescription at Lloyds. This is just one of many incidences, will be changing my pharmacy.

    Hardly any stock on the shelves especially makeup , however staff said it had all been stolen which I found very hard to believe. . Staff are lovely and helpful though. Went in again four weeks later , again hardly any stock and makeup shelves empty. I asked if the shop was closing ,staff member said they were waiting for deliveries, where are the deliveries coming from mars. I would appreciate it more if the staff were honest and just tell customers what's going on .

    I picked this pharmacy to get my prescriptions sent to electronically every month. I always give 5 or 6 days for the prescription to be ready but they seem unable to do this. I have been given excuse after excuse over the last few months as to why my prescription is never ready. And if I am honest sometimes the attitude of the staff can be a little rude and condescending. Today my partner has called in to collect my prescription and again they have messed up. First they gave him just one item out of 6 items. He had to ask for the rest only to be told the most important one that I can only get every 28 days was not in stock until tomorrow. They have had my prescription 5 days it should be ready. Surely someone should have realized last week that that item was missing from their stock and ordered it then. From now on I will be using another chemist

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. It has a great selection of toiletries, medication, baby products, holiday requisites. Advice and help from staff about all products was given freely with an extremely professional attitude
