   Big thank you to Tracey the lovely staff member who helped me today I came in shaking and was almost about to pass out and I had a panic attack she stayed with me and gave me water and helped me while my partner came to get me she fully looked after me after 29 years of her working there that woman deserves good credit if it wasn’t for her I would have probs passed out and also thank you to all the other team members too that helped me today she even went out of her way to run to the doctors to try get me a doctor unfortunately I couldn’t go there but I’m on the mend to get better thank you to all of you lovely staff memebetd you really did help me today ❤️ Courtney

   The black little skinny guy who dispenses the medication, has a really bad attitude and zero customer service skills. Only ever been twice to this boots pharmacy. Won’t be going back. The gentleman at the counter has great customer service. Had his name badge on and white shirt. I’m assuming the medication dispensers is a locum pharmacist, and probably is on a power trip and will probably be gone in a few weeks. Let the whole boots pharmacist team, shop, down at Beeston hill boots.

   Very good service, lloyds is very helpful and friendly he got me to the medication that I need even if they did not have it in store, and he puts to much effort for every single person gets in the store. Excellent service from all the staff. Thank you guys.

   Cannot thank these enough over the years! The staff are lovely and have helped so much. The efficiency and duty of care is 100%. Regular health needs and they never moan even though I feel a pain for them. I'm one of them that fall sick regular and have varied health issues. Another local pharmacy has been an utter let down for many but these we cannot fault. Thanks again

   Fantastic service yesterday after yet another calamity from the staff at my previous chemist up the road. I came home and immediately changed my (very large) repeat presciptions to Boots, and went in today to collect. Really quick professional service. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

   I'd like to give 5 stars because the service is great. The problem most weighing on my mind is their sign for prescriptions is skew. One of the hooks that the chain attaches too needs another half turn and there the chain on left is half a link too long.
