So helpful!! I stay in Hebburn regularly with my daughter but last week I forgot my meds and I was told to scan the QR Code in stor which took me to the NHS 111 app where I submitted an urgent request and along with the help from the pharmacist and the staff, I walked out relieved and happy to have all my meds for a week.
Never had a problem very good and friendly staff thank you
Awful service, just waited 15 minutes to be serviced. One person serving but not doing much. Walked out.
Not sure what is going on with Boots in Hebburn, but I've been to see a doctor on 3 diff occasions, and each one has said we will send script straight to boots, the first 2 times I was told that the scripts hadn't arrived at boots, so I've rang the Glenn only to be told they where there, rang boots back and magically they had turned up, now today iv visited the doctors and again we will send straight to boots, this was 11.30 this morning, I called boots just to make sure it was there, low and behold boots say sorry it's not here, they even said they would do another down load in case it was stuck in the system,( no sorry deffo not here, )so I called the glen straight away, your prescription was sent to boots at 11.39 this morning, so I told the doctors what boots had said, so they gave me the number of the script, it's electronic ID and told me to tell boots it was there since 11.39 this morning and to quote that number, yep you guessed it, rang boots, told them what doctors had said, no sorry it's not here, so said here's the electronic id for the prescription, are yes it's just came through, what a load of rubbish, boots has gone right back, used to be what you would say a family chemist where all the staff knew your name, and nothing was a problem to them, now there's new staff in there and honestly there totally clueless, I really feel for the original staff, as you can see it on there faces how embarrassed they are at what is happening to boots. It's shocking really I can't imagine how the older generation from Hebburn manage to get there stuff from boots I really don't, it's bordering on incompetence, just don't let them fob you off when your told from the doctor your script is at boots, IT IS AT BOOTS. Like I say my heart goes out to the original staff, but my god the new ones want re trained or sacked.
Slow inefficient service to the extent that tortoises are stalking the staff. We’re going back to the pharmacy on Campbell park road which isn’t great but far better than this mob
Its Small Shop so only 3 people alowed at any 1 time, limited stock in shelves do to Social Distancing, hand Sanatising station & Face Mask is a must. Staff Limited but Help full
Not much I can say really it's just a typical chemist it's got everything a chemist should have with reasonable prices
Clean, well presented store. Helpful and friendly staff who go out their way to support and advise you
