The medication which was prescribed to me by the doctor after waiting for four days. they said that it was out of stock they didn’t contact me I was in severe pain so I had no option to get a different pharmacy
Liv helped us out today and was an absolute star! Newton Surgery (just down the road) was being very difficult towards us, however Liv offered to help and rang our GP to explain the situation to them. Although they also challenged Liv, she handled the situation so well. A very polite, well-mannered young lady. Extremely happy with today’s service!
Usually a good experience at this pharmacy. The staff are always happy to help. The lady on the counter comes across quite rude sometimes, my last visit I was ignored as she had headphones in and served by a member of staff from the back
These people are an absolute liability , I have had to call NHS 111 on so many occasions because they failed to deliver medications that I have been told I will DIE without . Just spoke to them and the numpty I spoke to said when I asked about an urgent delivery of these meds said , the deliver driver will show up or he won't ,m The words thick as PS come to mind Do waste anytime speaking to them expect nothing then you will not be disappointed cos that is exactly what you will get NOTHING
Excellent customer service, always happy to talk to customers regarding medication, happy to liase with Doctors in order to provide quality of service, on occasions it can be a lengthy waiting time to be served, but on the whole it's a wonderful chemist.
Standing long periods, also wrong medications given but customer service is good
