   My wife and I had struggled to find somewhere not to far to get a pay for Covid vaccine, so we were glad to find Citywide Health Fulfird Pharmacy in York which is about 10-15 minutes drive from where we live. On arriving the lady couldn’t find our booking but we didn’t mention it was to pay for and it was soon sorted. We completed pre-prepared medical forms and were soon called forward and given the vaccine by a very cheerful pharmacist. All quick and easy. Booking online with confirmation email sent to us, Parking nearby, courteous and pleasant staff, pre-prepared forms

   ITS A PITY I CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS. AND YES ITS IN CAPITALS AS IM SO ANNOYED. MY DISABLED DAUGHTER WHO HAS A SPINAL CORD INJURY, WALKS WITH STICKS AND HAS BLADDER URGENCY PROBLEMS, IS NOT FROM THE AREA - FOUND HERSELF NEEDING DESPERATELY TO EMPTY BLADDER ON 7th NOVEMBER 2022....... WAS "REFUSED" ENTRY TO THEIR TOILET DUE TO "HEALTH AND SAFEY REASONS" SHE SUBSEQUENTLY RANG ME FROM AN ALLEYWAY IN TEARS AS SHE HAD WET HERSELF.......... THIS IS THE 21st CENTURY, THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TO A YOUNG ADULT, ESPECIALLY AS DISABILITY RIGHTS ARE AT THE FOREFRONT IN SOCIETY TODAY. THIS MAY HAVE KNOCKED HER CONFIDENCE IRREVOCABLY. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THE LOCAL MP.
