   Pooch and human love it here. I sometimes take our dog on a walk around the shop to mix things up a bit as there are lots of smells and mental stimulation. Prices aren’t too bad and it’s great to sometimes try before you buy with certain products like toys and dog beds ect. Shopping online lacks the fundamental input you needs. Does a pet like the thing you’re buying. We’ve got a really decent basket this way that our dog is attached to now.

   We called into Pets At Home Crown Point Leeds branch today to pick up a click and collect order. When we arrived Young man at the checkout greeted us in a friendly way and showed interest in our 11 month old Staffy cross Ben. We asked about flea treatment for Ben and James not only offered to weigh our pup to help make sure we got the correct product. He also gave us some good advice about supplements for him. The greeting, tidiness of the store and the attitude of all of the staff who interacted with us was outstanding but James deserves a special mention as he did a great job and is a credit to Pets At Home Thanks James.    If you're looking for a well stocked pet shop, this is the place to go! The store is spacious and has everything you need for any type of pet whether you have a cat, dog, bird, fish, reptile, or even small rodents. They offer a wide range of pet food, accessories, toys, and even medicines to keep your animals healthy. One of the best things about this shop is that they also sell live food for reptiles and other pets, as well as live animals for those looking to bring home a new companion. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with advice or recommendations Overall, it's a fantastic pet store with a huge selection and great service. Highly recommended for any pet owner!

   A big shout out for them team. I cannot possibly thank tammy and the team enough for been so helpful with our fish tank over these passed few months, we have lost so many fish from the start. We have taken water samples here and bought fish also, everything was off the charts they helped in so many ways and recommended stuff to use in our tank to help with this situation and also water changes to help bring the nitrites down and ammonia. We did this every day then left it a day and took another water sample to see where we was at to finally get to point of not losing any fish the water is now spot on and the fish are happy too we also have babies in our tank which are also happy and healthy swimming about. Thank you so so much to the team. I would 100% recommend anyone having any issues or not sure about anything to go see the team here there always happy to help

   It was bad when I rang up for information and advice about pet insurance and food also the flea and worm account to be set up and the girl called toni at crown point leeds told me to go down and she be waiting to help me when I got there she told the other staff to sort me out which she wasn't sure how to sort the account out for the pet only food so wasn't happy I just stay at going to jolly where there speak to you all day long till you happy to

   it's a little sad that I didn't find the food I went there for (akana), but I'm pleasantly surprised that there are not harmful treats for cats, my cat even ate it with pleasure!

   Visited with my new puppy to get toys, treats and supplies. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the store had good covid-19 protection in place - limits to number of customers in store at once, hand sanitiser and staff were masked. On seeing how much we were getting, one of the staff suggested getting the VIP app to help us get a discount.

   Been comming to this particular store for over 7 years now, I regularly buy food and other stuff for my Husky, Few Fishes and Two Cats, always get what I come for. Staff is always very polite and helpful especially Oliver, this dude has helped me so many times, always listenes with patience and replies back with all good honesty. Would definitely recommend this place slightly expensive but do offer a good variety.
