   Website doesn't work. Looks nice and let's you order but then not change frequency of delivery. Sent email, no reply in a month, tried WhatsApp, no reply either. Probably going to try and cancel.

   Used on our dog after trying multiple different flea treatments. So disappointed - has done nothing for her. After a week she has more fleas than she did before using it. Don't waste your money

   They have numerous hoops to go through to cancel your subscription, which results in failed cancellation, and then you get billed after you thought you did. Which they don't want to refund. Product works, delivery cute. Customer service not helpful. Sorry.

   I have two dogs, Coco and Scooby. We have flea treatment coming and never had fleas as put on when it arrives, also get the treats - the dogs can't get enough of the treats. We would like more of these. Also get the toothpaste , which last a long time and has helped with Scooby breath. We use the ear treatment for Coco ears, its great as can reseal the ear vials.... Happy days All Good

   I use flea and wormer on my bubba, his never had fleas, but I still buy the flea stuff anyway. But I do wonder to myself how good is the flea stuff? Is it as good as front line or the other top rated flea treatment, or is like Bob Martin, that stuff is useless? Makes me wonder am I wasting money? My dog is old and don't mix with other dogs so am I just wasting good money?

   We have 4 cats in our household and they love nothing more than sharing fleas with each other. I swapped my favourite cat (I know I shouldn't admit that) to Itch and found it to be highly effective. Leo is a much happier boy now and we added our other 3 cats to our account as a result. We love the packaging and the applicator is easy to use - and most importantly, it works! :)
