Aside from providing excellent service to me throughout the last couple of years, I recently went in and was extremely unwell and in distress. Mr Singh at the team put me in their clinic room and cared for me until paramedics arrived and provided generally fantastic care and support. I can’t thank or rate the team here highly enough.
This is a fabulous pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Singh the pharmacist is very very knowledgable. I have regular vitamin injections which are fantastic. We recently had comprehensive blood tests done and the feedback was very detailed and informative. The pharmacy has a great range of good quality vitamins, supplements and products. They have a really good selection of vegan and cruelty free toiletries and skincare. Its not my nearest pharmacy but i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Syringing was carried out in an exceptionally clean environment at a reasonable price.. Got my earing back. Top man.. Top service. Would highly recommend.
I love that this chemist with its core business of the medical industry actually offers natural environmentally and human friendly products like Faith in Nature and other organic natural products. I hope all other chemists follow suit and give customers a natural choice not full of lab created artificial chemical medicines etc. Pricing of natural products can be at the upper end, that's the reason for 4 stars else I would be buying here more often.
Brought my elderly father in for his ears to be syringed. Mr Singh was amazing, very professional, very caring, very helpful. Super impressed as to were we with the assistant. My dad came out very please. Highly recommend going to Mr Singh, Lady Bay
Just having received my first IV immune boost I cannot praise highly enough how amazing and underrated this service actually is. Mr Singh showed nothing but professionalism when conducting the consultation, talking me through step by step the process and the benefits of having an IV. I will definately be making a monthly visit too keep my levels topped up. Highly Recommended!!!
