So, I’m a first-year student in Nottingham, and you know how it is—bugs everywhere this time of year! Sadly, I caught something. Getting a GP appointment was a bit of a challenge, so I reached out to Midlands Pharmacy. Honestly, they were the best pharmacy service I’ve ever had! The whole team was super helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

Myself and my family have been using this pharmacy for many years we would not go anywhere else, all the staff from the pharmacist to the dispenser’s to the delivery team have excellent communication with us all and are extremely polite and helpful in every way. As always great service. One of the only pharmacy in nottingham that takes ownership to deliver the meds on time, I have tried others and they are hit and a miss. keep up the good work midlands pharmacy
Awful awful awful. Mum left very ill. Dishonest. Their reviews are old. Unreliable. Constant late medication. Awful telephone manner. Manager singing on the phone during my complaint. Service users will have to chase their own prescriptions from them and your own GP, who confirm the fault is with Midlands. Go elsewhere. They do not care to understand the implications of late medications. I will be going elsewhere. Management is incompetent. All calls recorded as evidence to how bad they are. Complaints will be passed over. GP backed this up explaining the issues they too have had. Im at a loss at how anyone would be proud of this shambolic company. Any response from them saying otherwise, will force me to publish the evidence i have. Off to the gp now to show proof of their antics.
Excellent service, never let me down yet. Delivery drivers are always friendly and I have rang them a few times to ask about the medication, always willing to help and explain what I may need and how to take it. Recommended to all my local my family and friends.
