The cattery itself is lovely - looks and smells clean, large rooms with plenty of toys, scratching posts and hidey holes. Jackie clearly adores cats and gives them lots of attention whilst they’re here. I felt confident that our cat would be happy here during his stay and would not hesitate to recommend.
What a great cattery! Jackie looked after our 2 Ragdoll cats Polo and Gizmo with care and affection. She was very attentive to their varied ways and food likes. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was lovely to receive photos and videos of them playing and relaxing which put our minds at rest that they were very happy and settled. We have booked them in again for next year. Thank you again for the care you gave our boys.
Our cat absolutely loves staying at Apple Tree Cattery and we wouldn’t consider having her anywhere else! Jackie takes amazing care of all the cats she has, tending to their every unique need and you can tell she honestly cares about their happiness and wellbeing. She always has more than enough treats and toys for the cats and sends us lovely updates whilst we are away. Would definitely recommend Apple Tree Cattery to anyone looking for a loving place to board their cat.
I’ve been boarding my cat with Jackie at Apple Tree since 2017 and won’t book a holiday unless I know Jackie can take her in. My cat is happy content and safe here. Jackie loves all her visitors and sends regular photos and videos. Jackie’s small cattery allows her the time to give individual care to all her guests and the cattery is spotless with all the pens containing heating, runs and shelves as well as ‘igloos’, toys and cat trees. Knowing my cat is well cared for whilst I’m away allows me to have a relaxing trip knowing she’s in the best hands.
A wonderful 5* cattery. I was nervous about leaving my kittens for the first time but I shouldn’t have worried. Jackie’s love for cats is obvious and the care and attention she provides your babies, making sure they’re comfortable and calm, is second to none. Jackie runs through all your cat’s needs ahead of time as well as offering a range of food and treats so they’re settled. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of stimulation and she even keeps you up to date with pictures which is a lovely touch. My cats came back so happy and content. Highly recommend.
This place is my go to cattery. My cat is taken care of so well and I know when I drop him off, he is in the best hands. Jackie is really experienced and treats cats like they're her own. It is definitely worth the hour drive. Rooms are spacious and cats have plenty of entertainment with a large window. Jackie also let's the cats out of their rooms for a wonder around the cattery and always has the cats best interest at heart.
This is the 2nd time my cat has stayed at Appletree Cattery. The first time she was there for a few days and the second time she was there for just over 2 weeks. Before I booked her in the first time Jackie invited me round to have a look around and see the cattery and have a chat. After seeing the cattery and speaking to Jackie I felt comfortable and confident that my cat would be well looked after. Both times I have used Appletree Cattery, my cat has been happy and I can tell she has been well looked after. The rooms have plenty of toys and cat trees to keep the cats entertained. I would definitely recommend Appletree Cattery and I will use them again in the future. Thank you Jackie!
An absolutely amazing cattery! I wouldn't dream of taking my girls anywhere else, I enjoy my holidays more knowing my girls are well looked after and cared for here. Jackie is amazing at what she does, so caring, thoughtful, loving and will always go that extra mile to make sure your cats are well looked after and loved during their stay. My cats are always happy to be here and they even don't want to come home after their 'holiday' at Apple Tree Cattery. I couldn't recommend this cattery enough, Jackie is fabulous, the cattery is clean, large and full of toys, scratch posts, towers and beds so your cats feel at home during their stay.
Would only recommend Apple Tree Cattery. Jackie, Ian and Jordan are devoted to the cats. Jackie is kind and compassionate and makes both owners and fur babies feel welcome. Beerus and Mavis were adopted in the lockdown so have not been socialised much. This was their first time away from us. Since my partner and I work for home, we are with them 24 hrs so this was a huge worry for us both. Especially for Beerus who is 18 months and has never been away from us. And Mavis is 6 months and so still young. Moreover, Beerus has a hypoallergenic diet and Mavis is still on kitten food so we were concerned about their eating, but Jackie ensured they got what they needed. And, despite our reservations, Jackie clearly spent time with them, as evident by the photos. When we went to pick them up, they were both happy and content. They clearly got to know Jackie and were feeling at ease. Now back at home, they are inquisitive, stimulated and very happy. We appreciate immensely the love and kindness shown towards our babies. The room they stayed in were brilliant - lots of toys, cat trees and very spacious for their needs. Lots of warm places to snuggle into as well. We would not trust anyone else with Beerus and Mavis. Thank you Jackie and team for doing such a phenomenal job! We definitely would leave Beerus and Mavis in your care, especially since Beerus mewed on the way home, as he wanted to explore and stay with you!
