Excellent vets, very high quality of care provided. They are a little more expensive than other vets in the area, but their high standards are worth the slight price difference. Our cat has a lifelong condition, and their service has been excellent.

I was panicking about this vet’s visitbecause the last time I brought a cat to the vet, he died. That was my current cat’s dad, so I was apprehensive about taking him to the vet. However, I knew he needed antibiotics that I couldn’t get for him without the visit. My first impression of the building was it was clean and professional - Instagrammable even (The parking area needs work, though, but I found a parking spot without issue). I arrived in the dog section of the veterinary practice. Instead of telling me where to go and leaving me to it, the receptionist walked us to the cat building, and she ensured we were settled in before leaving. I appreciated that. Even though, I was having small panic attacks reminiscing about my cat who had passed, the environment was calm and helped me to relax. They had calming sprays for the cats and blankets to put over their carrier (to help the cats feel less stressed) free of charge. I loved that! The veterinarian was friendly, caring, and informative. The receptionist staff was kind and receptive. Overall, this was a much needed pleasant experience. Thank you!

Lovely vets practice, taken our baby boy here every since we've had him. 13years almost. They've looked after our Beagle- Charlie really well.

Thank you so much for looking after my girl while I nipped to use the facilities round the back. I hadn't noticed these little nooks and signs before. She was so chilled even after just 5 minutes. The spray and the blankets are a wonderful idea. These are the details that make me travel so far ❤️

One of the very best vets in Nottingham, caring compassionate and very helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My old girl who is twenty being cared for by the very best. I know it’s nearly time to say goodbye and I will be heartbroken but I know Lawrence vets will take care of her when the time comes.

The care and attention, my dog receives at Lawrence Veterinary Centre is always great. We usually see Maddie who is very professional and caring. The only downside, that does seem to be getting worse during each visit, is the parking (or lack of). Today I had to park on the main road outside instead of in the car park due to there being no spaces. It doesn’t feel safe at all, especially getting the dog out of the car on the main road.

We went to see Sophie twice with emergency appointments yesterday. She was kind and compassionate and thorough. They really looked after our little boy and I cannot thank them enough. No problems getting in, barney was prioritised as he was unwell, reception staff have been brilliant helping me with insurance claims as well!

We had heard good reviews about Lawrence Veterinary Centre, and having been left disappointed with the local vet, decided to give them a go. Everything is handled in a professional friendly manner, and the premises are immaculately clean. The vet was very helpful and friendly and explained everything in detail. Our dog, which was normally very stressed at the previous vet, was calm and we had no worries about her. Highly recommended.

I have never had to take an animal to a vet before, so this was a daunting experience for me and I did not know what to expect. I took my dog for her booster jab and have her Spay operation so very stressful. The vets and nurses made my dog feel at ease and special. Lots of fuss was given. They explained everything in easy terms for me to understand, what was going to happen, recovery time and what was expected from me afterwards. This put my mind at ease, we was called when the operation was done and we collected her and the fussing continued which was nice. We have catch ups since and again everything explained really well. Thank you for everything it made the whole process less stressful and Willow was not scared to go in, if anything she did not want to leave

Fantastic vets. Always very polite and welcoming on arrival. The cat clinic is calming which is fantastic for anxious cats. The vets are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail which put our mind at ease. I have been bringing my fur babies here since I was a child and wouldn’t go to any other vets.
