   I have been using this cattery for many years despite moving house further away. They remember details about my cats (past and present), are quick to respond in the event of potential illness and take to the vets, are happy to cater for special diets and administer medication. The housing is specious with nearly all having indoor and outdoor areas. My cats always come back well fed and calm. Would not have any issue in recommending this cattery.

   My cat stay for 2 weeks seem to enjoy it. Love it. His time there and at the same time came back a little heavier but soon worked off the way but looks like he was well looked after and definitely used them again

   Excellent from start to finish. Our cat was just so happy and no different to her usual fun, loving self when we collected her which shows how well she was cared for. The lady who dealt with the enquiry through to us picking Vivienne up was wonderful. Thank you for enabling us to enjoy our break away and giving our wee one a wonderful alternative stay. We will be returning.

   Possibly the worst experience I've had with a Cattery and won't be using again. On arrival all was fine, called last minute to book in and they could accept. It was one night so I was happy to try them. They DID NOT inform me that cash was needed to pay (either cash or cheque only) and i had around 3 calls in total with this company. Arrived to collect my cat, was expecting to pay via contactless or bank transfer (the normal way!), to be told no, nothing they could do, cash or cheque only!!! I had already made an 30 minute journey to collect my kitten and pretty much begged to allow me to bank transfer (which shows an immediate payment), the woman was so rude and kept saying "no, you should have been told, there's nothing i can do" I feel like it's a bit of a HMRC issue so will report this to them, as none of it sat right with me. I had to give them back my cat, go all the way home to collect my bank card to get cash out to go all the way back. An hour journey all round, took over two hours, all because someone failed to tell me that they only accept cash. And cheque, which baffles me as they clearly don't mind cash in the bank!!! But who carries their cheque book?! Madness. The woman was incredibly rude and incredibly unhelpful. My kitten was so distressed on the way home. Honestly, something isnt right with this place. Won't be using again.

   First time using the cattery. Just been to pick the boys up after a week in here. While Domino enjoyed seeing us Jackpot didn't want to leave his temporary hotel! No doubt been spoilt rotten. :) Outside chalets lovely and clean. Love that you can go in and see all the other fluff balls. Will be back when needed in the future. Thank you ladies
