“We've been with Vets4Pets Telford for nearly 10 years, and they have been incredible in looking after our 15-year-old French Bulldog, Chief. While we sadly had to say goodbye to him earlier this month, we know that the team here played a massive part in giving us so many cherished years with our boy. Anytime we had any worry at all, we were at the vet. From the days when Gilles was Head Vet and Tracey was on reception, to all the wonderful ladies on reception now, we're so grateful for all you did. A huge shoutout to the new lead vet, Eva, whom we adore. She has a soft spot for golden oldies, and Chief greatly benefited from that! Chief started acupuncture treatments with her, which was really helpful for him. We always knew Chief was in great hands, and we're so thankful for all she did in his last few days. We also want to give a special shoutout to Tash, Veterinary Nurse, who treated Chief as if he were her own. Your kindness and messages meant so much! We used to visit the vets so frequently that it's going to feel strange not being there all the time, but we still have our cat who will continue to be cared for by them. Thank you to the whole team at Vets4Pets Telford for looking after our warrior. We can't thank you enough for your care and compassion all these years.”

“We used the emergency service on the weekend to say goodbye to our beloved cat. The staff were very kind, we were extremely upset but they did everything they could to make the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. We really appreciated being given an appointment time and a private quiet area to say goodbye. We were too upset to say much at the time but the care and professionalism were much appreciated. “Always used this cattery for our 2 moggies, nothing is too much trouble for the owner & drop off/ pick up times are very flexible, the boarding prices are also very reasonable to. Our cats are always well looked after there & always look well when they have been on their hols lol!”

“We recently had to take our cat (Harry) into Crewe Vets for Pets as an emergency, from ringing to ask for an appt (which we were able to get within 20 mins of ringing) to seeing the vet we had an amazing experience. The staff at this practice are exemplary in their care for the animals (and animal parents !) Harry was looked after with so much care and love, and thankfully has made a full recovery. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel (principle vet) from administering the right treatment to make Harry well again, to advice and reassurance for us while we had to leave Harry with them, he couldn't do enough for us. The team at this practice are amazing and we are so glad that Harry is in safe hands when he has to visit.”

“My cat was well looked after and I had updates with some photos when she had settled in. Communication was great. A lovely place for cats to stay based in lovely surroundings. Also I had got her in with very quite short notice so I was very thankful that they could help. I would highly recommend.”

“Speedy, efficient service with an understanding vet, who listens to the person that knows her pet inside out. An extremely helpful clerical officer, who patiently guided me through the insurance claim process. My little dog is on the road to recovery, thank goodness.”

“Our dogs have been going there a few years now and always look really well when we collect them. They only smell of the kennels because the kennels get cleaned regularly. They always seem happy in pics. Our dobe has issues and is always fine. They both just walk in with the staff. We nearly lost out big lad last year but it was the staff here that noticed he had bloat and rushed him to the emergency vets where they saved him. Can never thank them enough highly recommend”

“I took our elderly hamster Dumpling in this evening and they treated his prolapsed cheek within 15 minutes. Can’t thank or recommend them enough! The vet got him seen and fixed him up straight away and the nurse was so kind to me as I was so upset and gave me great advice on how to avoid the same issue in the future. He’s happily back in his bed without too much disruption. Amazing!”

Was happy to wait and they chased my order and offered to send next day delivery at no additional cost. Will definitely be using again!”

“I've been bringing my dog here once every 3 months since they opened. My dog sees Sheldon for his eye problems as we weren't happy with the opthalmologists my regular vet referred us to. Was definitely the best decision. He also occasionally has his nails clipped etc whilst he's here too. He is always greeted with a warm welcome and a fuss. Sheldon is always very reassuring not just towards the dog but myself ( i am arguably more stressed out and anxious about my dogs health than the dog is!) and is happy to discuss all my questions and concerns as much as I need. It is 1000% worth the subscription fee and have recommend keele garden vets to multiple people already.”

A genuinely brilliant, kind and caring team for both four legged patients and their anxious owners!”

“Our dog is always happy and lively when we collect him. He has also obviously bonded with the staff member that we have dealt with that has looked after him. We viewed the kennels and they seem very good. Each kennel has an outside area that they can use at any time. They have a very large grass exercise area. I feel very confident leaving our dog there.”

“Rory and his team are fantastic, they have been to our small animal practice to perform our orthopaedic surgeries. The clients and animals have been extremely happy with the outcomes and the ability for us to offer this service to clients who would previously have to travel to far away referral centres is really useful. Initially we were a little anxious at having a visiting surgeon but there is no need, the team put us at ease with their super friendly but very professional manner and we would whole heartedly recommend Vet SOS!”
