   Avoid vets4pets at all costs , my cat was struck by a vehicle and had to undergo a ‘simple’ operation to pin his hip back together . They cut the blood supply off to his rear leg which luckily I realised something was wrong , ended up losing his leg but living.

   We recently had to take our cat (Harry) into Crewe Vets for Pets as an emergency, from ringing to ask for an appt (which we were able to get within 20 mins of ringing) to seeing the vet we had an amazing experience. The staff at this practice are exemplary in their care for the animals (and animal parents !) Harry was looked after with so much care and love, and thankfully has made a full recovery. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel (principle vet) from administering the right treatment to make Harry well again, to advice and reassurance for us while we had to leave Harry with them, he couldn't do enough for us. The team at this practice are amazing and we are so glad that Harry is in safe hands when he has to visit.

   Absolutely disgusted with the experience I’ve had at this practice! I decided to take my rescue cat a thew months ago after I realised something wasn’t right and was concerning me, she had been seen each week for months by the same vet who continued to put the blame on me and was adamant it was down to stress. They gave her an injection without telling me what it was and was prescribing her with medication for “stress”. A thew days ago I had to rush her to another practice after I found her coughing up blood and was in a lot of distress. The vet I took her to told me she had to have an emergency surgery to have numerous teeth removed. It was confirmed her behaviour was not down to stress it was due to the amount of pain she was in. And should not of been put on any medication at all! All of this could have been avoided if vets 4 pets did a full check on her but they didn’t, they’re more bothered about money. I would fully avoid this place at all cost for the sake of your pets!

   Amazing vets, had our kitten domino neutered here and can not fault them, he has needed a fair amount of aftercare (not to any fault of the vet) Rebecca is so kind and caring. Reasonably priced also! Would definitely recommend them x

   A very poor experience where my dog was there to have his annual health check and vaccination as part of his pet plan. To be honest, I could have done this myself in regard to the health check And I will be speaking to another store to ascertain what this should involve, time it should take and how these checks should be carried out. The whole annual check took approximately 2 minutes. I then asked for quotes for treatments that need doing. I have had this treatment done before in 2021, so know roughly what I paid. I was quoted 4x the amount and when I asked what he could see on the records the vet in question blatantly lied to me, I know this because I called another store and they told me exactly when the treatment was, what it Involved and how much it cost. All of this was asked and the vet said he couldn’t see this and that the price paid would not be shown on the system. I then called another store and was quoted significantly cheaper for the same treatment, indeed I was quoted 900£ for something I paid 219£ in 2021. I am now taking this further to the relevant authorities that deal with Mis practice for vets. This is unacceptable, disingenuous and when people are struggling with the cost of living, a down right rip off where he tried to take advantage of the love for a pet by over charging. This vet should be investigated into his practices.

   I had a terrible experience with my previous dog at a previous vets and this vets was recommended to me by a friend based on the actual vet. He was amazing, he was friendly, and most of all treated my dog as if he was his dog. Sadly Arick left unexpectedly without any warning. Since then I have continued to use this vets purely because my boy/dog is registered there. I have no complaints whatsoever in the interim however on my last visit I met a new vet who was also amazing. I did not catch his name, but I hope he is not a locum and here for the stay,

   Our dog Toby was poorly with D&V for 3 days and although he had been taking small amounts of water, he stopped. Took him to see the vet who did some bloods there and then. After 20mins he had the results. His spleen, pancreas and liver were not as they should have been. After a plan of care had been discussed, he had 3 injections, antibiotic, antisemitic (sickness) and an Opioid injection for pain. He didn't cope very well with the Opioid, but I stayed up all night with him. Returned next morning and they took more bloods to send off and kept him in for the day on IV drip and antibiotic. Collected him late evening after another dose of Opioid for pain. He improved slightly, but was having fasting blood tests done. He could stay in and have them or I could take him, bring him home and return after 2 hours. He seemed better, so it was wait until bloods came back over the weekend. Thankfully, they were much nearer normal levels and we were advised to return if any of the symptoms returned. He has been fine. Great care from the vet and staff I spoke with were cheerful and could answer my questions about my Pet Insurance. They sorted it all out, after my initial phone call to make a claim. Am happy.
