Throughout they have been realistic and appropriate in their testing and treating, only completing what will improve her quality of life. It was clear throughout they don’t complete unnecessary testing minimising stress to her and ensuring the bill is reasonable and not extortionate. Recently when the time was right they came to our house, ensuring she was comfortable and calm right to the end, which I cannot thank you enough for. It has been obvious throughout that they really care about your animals feeling personal and not business like, putting you instantly at ease. Thank you”

“Nicola has been looking after our boys and now girls for over 15 years, in fact from when they took over the cat flap. It was immediately obvious to us that Nicola is a lover of animals. Paul & Nicola have worked incredibly hard to develop their business, website, social media, accreditation and certification, training and charity work as well as raising a family. As a result, the service they provide for local (and further afield) owners of cats and small animals is brilliant - second to none. We consider ourselves very fortunate indeed to be living within reach of Kingstone Pet Boarding, indeed, our holidays are only ever booked around their availability to take in our feline family. That's a top recommendation if ever there was one.”

The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”

“Thanks so much for looking after Barbs! Claire came to our rescue short notice after we were let down by another sitter. She came to meet Barbs and it was pretty much an instant connection between them, which was reassuring as we were going away for a week. Claire took the time to get to know exactly what Barbs likes/doesn't like and we were updated every visit with photos, videos and a note. My son looked forward to these updates and found them comforting. In addition to looking after our cat, Claire took post/milk in, opened and closed curtains and brought wheelie bin into the garden on bin day. Highly recommend! ❤️”

“Absolutely amazing vets who go above and beyond! My girl Purdy was in for over a week and the love, care and hard work given to her was incredible. They kept my updated at all times, we got to go visit her in a lovely room and was always made welcome by reception staff. I can honestly say they are the best vets around and I am so glad I got to bring Purdy home without them this wouldn’t have been possible.”

We had already booked a different cattery for our 2 cats, Holly and Larry, 10 days before we were due to go on holiday, Holly fractured her pelvis and we needed to find another cattery who could accommodate her needs and this place did that. Andrea was wonderful, and we felt fully confident leaving both our cats. Holly needed cage rest and medication throughout the day. We were in constant communication for updates, Andrea and family was responsive and we felt nothing was too much trouble. Pictures were sent to us and both cats were relaxed. The photos and updates are very reassuring, this is only if you pay for play sessions but you can call for updates. The staff were ever so kind, I trusted them and I feel they met my expectations. “We collected our dog from kennels this morning, after a 12 night stay with Quintessential Quarters. She was happy and healthy and was clearly very well looked after during her stay. It was our first time leaving our dog at a kennel and we were provided with plenty of updates and photos of her having a great time in the play area and on her daily walks, which really put her mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. We wouldn't use any other kennel in the future!”

“Highly recommend. We brought our 11 year old Bichon here with a partially torn cruciate ligament - anaesthetic is risky for her so we wanted to avoid surgery. Best choice we made was to bring her to David for hydrotherapy and laser therapy. A week before Christmas, she hurt her leg on a walk and couldn’t put any weight down on it. After 4-5 visits, she’s as good as new. For a dog who hates puddles, she was SO excited to see David and go in the water tank. Thank you!”

After a long chat and tears I had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep . They were so understanding and didn't rush us giving us that little bit longer with him .
