Myself and partner would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their hard work and dedication to our beautiful boy, Toby. Sadly passed away earlier this week after a long illness. We would recommend this vets to anyone. Very professional and genuinely love the animals they see. Love and best wishes David Beardmore and Elizabeth Shropshire xx

One of these “vets” he doesn’t know a dogs arse from a dogs elbow. I have had multiple misdiagnosis and one case when they took a £49 consulting fee for absolutely no treatment. Then I return to the same place to see a different vet. She solved the dogs problem with a simple course of tablets. My dog suffered for ages with a complaint that could have been treated within a few days. Also had a cat keept overnight at this place about five years ago, she was returned to me soaking wet. Very very suspicious. If i could give it 0 stars I would. Recomend rogers & brock.

Excellent service and very polite. My dog actually enjoyed her experience and looked forward to seeing them! Odd considering she was spayed!

Condesending and patronizing and will always "recommend" the most expensive option. Chased us for money claiming we hadn't paid for vaccinations when it clearly showed on bank statements. Owned Huskies for 31 years and have only ever experienced such a money grabbing nature with this charter vet. Surgery manager was rude on the phone claiming there's no chance she was wrong. We got a second opinion which contradicted what they said and funnily enough it was £305 cheaper and the pup made a full recovery.

Felt completely patronised when I recently brought my cat here. All's he needed was antibiotics for an infection. Got fobbed off with pain relief, worming tablet when my cat wasn't even due. Got told he'd need sedating etc looking at a bill of £300+ Got told antibiotics wouldn't clear it up and I'd be back in a week. As I was leaving the vet said "see you next week" in a sarcastic manner, when I already said I couldn't afford sedation. £81.70 for a bunch of stuff he didnt need and OMG the £23 antibiotics are clearing his ear up! Won't be going back.
