   My puppy was very poorly at the weekend , the staff told me to come in straight away , on arrival they greeted us and explained that they needed to assess him . After a long chat and tears I had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep . They were so understanding and didn't rush us giving us that little bit longer with him . They acted very professional throughout my time there . And I cant thank them enough for what they did .

   Our puppy has been registered since we had him, no issues whatsoever. Our older dog suddenly became unwell, not registered with them. We called and were told to bring her straight down. Saw her immediately and offered such kind and compassionate care, sadly she had to be put to sleep but the practice were so professional and caring during what was a horrible couple of hours. Absolutely fantastic to see her immediately and offer such incredible care.

   Disappointing first visit. Waiting room is poorly signed and not suitable for nervous pets – we had anxious rabbits and nowhere comfortable to wait. Appointment was at 10:30 but we weren’t seen until after 11, (not ideal when waiting with two very anxious pets) with no apology or explanation. Vet was friendly, but the reception process was confusing and the staff member we eventually dealt with was quite sharp and unwelcoming. Pricing was very reasonable, but overall experience was lacking. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

   Visited for the first time with my very fearful rescue cat yesterday. Dr Iona was wonderful and very patient despite my cat being very spicy. She was very honest and although we have a long journey ahead with Lily, and she's a tough nut to crack, I'm confident I've found the right vet for us. Thank you for helping me do the best for her!

   Bramble and Bear were professional, caring, and supportive when we contacted them to facilitate end of life for our beloved cat. They responded immediately and came out to us by mutual arrangement the next day. Anneliese was very kind and helpful on the telephone to talk us through the arrangements and the correspondence by email was very efficient. When Matt and Hannah came they were very kind and gentle with our cat and willing to give us the time and space we needed to say goodbye. They were very understanding and flexible in accommodating how and where in our own home, we wanted this to take place, so that we felt comfortable at such a distressing time. Without them this would have all been so much harder. We would highly recommend them.

   I genuinely can’t recommend Bramble and Bear enough, when my normal local vets refused to help with my poorly animal these guys came to the rescue and helped to save my animals life. 5 stars just aren’t enough!

   We had a visit today from Hannah to get her to take a look at some issues one of our French Bulldogs was having. We learnt more from Hannah in less than an hour about our dog and what his issues may be than we have from anywhere else in the (almost) 7 years we have had him. We now have a plan in place and feel like we'll be able to get him sorted. She's incredibly knowledgable and explains things in a way that you don't need to be a vet to understand. Highly recommended!
