   Had to take our poor little rabbit to see the vets and unfortunately had to have him put down. The staff were really empathetic and gave me time to say goodbye to him and we're really good. Amazing service in a very sad situation.

   I have counted on my call log that i have had to ring 20 times since September alone as Winnie just loves being sick/injured! Each time I've rang (usually in a frantic, hyperventilating, crying state) the receptionists have been amazing. It doesn't matter what time i call there is ALWAYS space made to accommodate seeing Winnie and the staff are always amazing with her. After a visit to the emergency vets Thursday evening i called Friday morning expecting to have to book for an xray in a weeks+ time, but Winnie was prioritised and rushed straight in for xrays and emergency surgery with no hesitation. The receptionists always go out of their way to call me to ask how she is a few days later which just proves how much they genuinely care about the pets they look after. Thank you for everything you do, Amy & Winnie P

   Emma was very attentive and welcoming when I entered and she was very polite and interactive at the till. The vet Liz was really good with my nervous puppy and talked to him to relax him and made his visit pleasant and therefore next time hopefully he will be ok. Carl is always friendly and talks to my puppy to try and bond and keep him calm. Dalphene on the till is always friendly and remembers my dog by name, which is very special.

   I’ve had cats for 31 years and I just find V4P the best. Everyone truly cares; appointments rarely run late which is unusual from my experience with previous vets - but vital for me as 2 of my 3 cats are terrified of vet visits; and all the staff are excellent - friendly; efficient; and professional. A brilliant practice.

   Able to get in the same day, and they were very reassuring and kind. I was rather upset because my cat had a rather large lump and I was fearing the worse, but they took great care of him. He doesn't want to go back anytime soon but that's just cause he doesn't like the haircut they gave him.
