   I cannot fault the service we received last week at Medivet in Shrewsbury, we were away on a family holiday when our dog Ollie had an emergency incident with his paw, the vet took our call in the early hours and reassured us it was all ok then booked us straight in with the vet that very morning! All the staff at Medivet Sutton Farm Oteley Rd went above and beyond to care for Ollie and ensured we had the reassurance we needed too, this incident could have ruined our family break but your staff ensured this did not happen, we cannot thank you enough! Ollie is recovering well so thank you for being there and caring for him!

   Our first visit and our first pet, a beautiful kitten. The staff from reception, nurse, student nurse and vet were all so lovely, very helpful with our questions. The centre is very well laid out in the reception area, felt very happy with everything. Very satisfied and confident for all our future visits to care for the new member of our family, Thank you.

   Registered our pup with Medivet, Sutton farm. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Emily, Amy and Georgia looked after us and they made us feel at ease. We asked a lot of questions as this is our first pet, but everyone took their time with us and we didn’t feel rushed. So glad our pup has such a caring team to help us look after him as he gets older.

   Absolutely amazing practice! Would 100% recommend to everyone. Our kitten Tilly became very ill back in April and Emma the vet has gone above and beyond to help her and us through the last 6 months. Emma is so compassionate, patient and lovely with our pets and us. We now have all 6 of our pets registered here and we couldn't be happier.    Went to this Vet practice after adopting two cats. We had loads of questions as it was a breed we haven't had before. Our vet (didn't get his name but was a fresh faced young man) and his student answered all of our questions and told us what we needed to do to keep them happy. We discussed plans and he gave us all the information we needed with no obligation to sign up. Highly recommend to anyone
