    After decades of my loyalty they go private, but I remained. Until they cancel my appointment without telling me and when I called them. - purely by chance - the receptionist was extremely rude (aggressive ). Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future. They need to learn that when people are paying for private health care they expect a level of service that this dentist clearly can’t provide
